I ordered extra Carmel and ribbon crunch. It was not extra there was barely any on there and this is not the first time they have done it… when u ask for EXTRA they don’t apply… then I called the manager, and she says “it’s probably on the bottom the worker just confirmed it’s on the bottom” why would I call if it was on the bottom??????????? CLEARLY NOT EXTRA
This location has went downhill fast. I'm a customer that's here same time everyday ordering the same exact drink. Here recently over the last 2 weeks everyday my drinks are horrible. Never made right anymore. It's so puzzling because I used to never have an issue with this location that's why I keep coming back hoping for change but I don't see that happening
Incredibly RUDE!!!!! Made a mobile order, pulled up to the drivethru, only people in the drivethru and the girl working asked us if we could wait longer to pull through….. we were in no hurry at all, and she is lucky that I told my husband to drive cause he would have made her cry. She was rude and acted like we were rushing them… I have worked in food service and that is not the right way to go about it! Huntvalley lost me as a customer!
Sometimes it takes awhile, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a drink made badly or my order messed up. The baristas always seem pleasant. I’m not really looking for much more. I love their caffe mochas because they’re semi-sweet but also caffeinated. Whipped cream just makes it that much better. It’s expensive, but I do love them, and nowhere else seems to top them with that drink.
Staff is probably the laziest I've ever seen at an establishment. -5/10 wouldn't recommend. The wait is always ridiculous. Might as well start harvesting your own coffee beans and make your own coffee, you'll be done way before them
They did not put Carmel for my caramel frappe and coffee or vanilla
Spacious, nice baristas, and fellow customers are nice too
I was very excited to see a Starbucks going here when they were building it, and honestly the location is fantastic, but working early and trying to get a cup of coffee here is frustrating. They can't seem to open on time, and at least once a week I'm waiting in the parking lot until 530-545 to order a cup of coffee at a place that "opens" at 5am.The Starbucks across from the fairgrounds has it together and opens on time if you want a cup close to 5am. Don't take your chances with this location.
Service was fair, drive through orders were prioritized over mobile orders.
It's Starbucks..... Really? Do I have to say it's not 5 stars? It's absolutely 5 stars.
