My one review was deleted I’m not sure how but I like to express how ridiculous the employees acted when there was hair found in my husband’s smoothie!!! When he told the employees they just laughed at the situation instead of handling it properly…Was sent a message on fb asking for my phone number to discuss this matter but no one has reached out!!
I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. Products are good, but who is doing the hiring? When you guys expanded you neglected to include personable staff…that is indeed part of your product. Staff aren’t overtly rude, but they slump themselves in front of the register without muttering so much as a hello. The young lady at the Rotunda location only looked up from her phone to punch in the order. Similar issues at Federal hill location. On more than one occasion there were 3 or more employees standing around until (after standing at the counter for quite a while) I asked if I could order. For $11+ it’s just not worth it.
Malaya, Emmy, and Sammie are THEE best! They all remember me and my order with the weird adjustments lol. They make the best thick smoothies and perfectly portioned açaí bowls!! Thanks for a great experience everyday! It’s clean and friendly environment is a plus to eating healthy!

To expensive for basic food you can make better yourself. $10 for a small smoothie that tastes like frozen fruit was used? Outrageous!
The smoothies were good, it is pricey about $10 per person but I think that is average for smoothie and juice places. I liked that it felt fresher than some of the other places in the area. The only thing was the consistency was different the two times I went. Both times I ordered the green giant smoothie. The first time it was thicker, but the second it was a lot thinner.

What an extremely deceptive and anti-consumer business. Was originally told I would get a refund for an order issue and they later changed their tune and was told that's no longer possible for no valid reason. Opt for a more honest and legitimate juice business, you've been warned! What a scam...
