This is the 4th time needed to wait a super long time for food because no one prepared making food when running low. There was Absolutely no apology from the cashier or manager. It is unacceptable for employees to hide from customers and the customer need to yell out for help. Honestly, this is the worse service from all the Popeyes we visited.

This place is awful! Today, I went through the drive through and ordered the Family Meal for $29.99and you can add a 12 piece shrimp for an extra $6.48, so that’s what I ordered. My total was $38.67. The guy working drive through told me to pull into the front of the store and wait for about 3 minutes so that they can cook the shrimp.Meanwhile they told the car behind me to pull forward and wait for their food. That car waited for about 3 minutes and they were bringing their food out to them. Not to mention, I am seeing other cars come through the drive through and people walking into Popeyes all leaving with their food. Finally I had had enough so I went inside to inquire. As it turns out, they hadn’t even started cooking the shrimp and neither had they started putting my order together. Against my better judgment, I waited to get my food instead of requesting a refund. That was a big mistake. In my haste to get out of there, I didn’t check well enough to see if the biscuits were there. I made it home and prepared for dinner, only to realize that they didn’t give me the 5 biscuits that came with the meal (THAT I PAID FOR)!!! Not only that, the rice in the Red Beans is HARD. I am not enjoying my food. This was a waste of almost $40.To add salt to injury, I tried calling them several times and they won’t answer the phone!!!They can have the biscuits! I will NEVER patronized this establishment again and I don’t advise anyone to go there either. Beware…don’t say that l didn’t warn you.

I can only speak for daytime bc l only go here in the afternoons, but this place is very efficient and well-run, and whoever does the hiring deserves credit, too. The staff are friendly, fast, accurate, and hard-working and it actually blew my mind today when the car in front of me took 3+ minutes just to order and somehow they had the food together by the time they reached the window.

Awful - the second worst Popeye's I've been to after another in MD. Ordered the 8 piece spicy family meal with cole slow. The large side was half-filled but gross so we wasted it anyway. The chicken was overcooked and dry like it had been under the heat lamp for hours. On top of that it was largely tasteless - once in a while there was a bit of spiciness but mostly bland. I feel bad for the ones here that have left positive reviews not knowing how tasty real Popeye's can be

The fried chicken is crispy and juicy. I always buy take out for the managers special 12 piece chicken. However, they sometimes give me a missing piece of chicken or the chicken is not hot or the chicken is reheated (you can tell the difference). Although you can go back and ask about the missing chicken or exchange with newly cooked chicken but it's a hassle to go back or wait for 20 minutes for newly cooked chicken. So when you buy make sure you check everything is good before you leave. Overall the chicken is great when it's newly cooked (hot and crispy).

I believe that this Popeyes was under new ownership a couple years ago. And it has done a complete 180. This is the best Popeyes in Maryland. The food is always fresh and hot and quick. When you go inside in order you can see the staff working so hard back there. This is a predominantly Latino staff. I appreciate how hard they work to make sure that all of their customers are happy.

They are speedy at drive thru but often forget part of your order. English is touch and go and often come off as rude. Recently saw a couple of rats bigger than my cat sitting in the drive thru lane.

I have been to Popeyes before but not this location. They didn't understand my order in the drive thru and got it wrong, nearly completely wrong. Now as I have said, I've been to Popeyes before so I know the amount of food given to me wasn't enough. With as small as the three pieces of chicken given to me were they had to hunt down these little pieces purposely. Then the 5 piece spicy fingers were regular, not spicy and on top of that they didn't give us the sauces we had to pay for. In conclusion, I will try Popeyes again but never this location. This location is just bad, near completely.

Stay clear of this place. My husband and I went there for lunch. He got the flounder sandwich meal with red beans and rice. The rice and bean cup was half full and very dried out. The fish sandwich was ok at best. I got the chicken combo with french fries. The texture and color of the chicken was terrible. The chicken was dried out and the fries were stale. Our food was not even hot. We both got lemonade for our drinks. Both drinks were so watered down. The food and service at this place was terrible. Do not go there!!!! Sidebar-They need to get the parking lot and drive through road/pavement fix. Super huge potholes!!!

So tonight my coworker and I placed an order for four spicy chicken sandwiches and a large mashed potatoes. To our surprise when our food was delivered, all we had was one sandwich a large fries and a biscuit, we began calling the Cranbrook location at eleven twenty. They would pick up the phone and hang it up. Very disrespectful, our food was $27.00 and they won’t answer. Not happy at all
