I give it 5 stars for a Pizza Hut/chain pizza restaurant. Obviously, if you want an artesian pizza, you probably won't be happy, but you also won't get a large 3-topping for $10. The food is good and the staff, in my experience, is polite and professional. They are, like everyone else right now, a bit short-staffed during busy times, but even going when only one young guy was working, he managed to stay pleasant and accurate while taking telephone orders, greeting customers, and making the food himself. I was even more surprised when that day, I had the best pizza I've ever had here. The only advice I have is that the owner reach out to dissatisfied customers with more than a standard form message. They are not going to change their review unless you make things right for them.
We were waiting for half an hour for Pizza Hut to pick up the line because we were left on hold but as we entered the restaurant the woman working there said they couldn’t take our order and we had to place it online because they were “busy” even though they weren’t doing anything. We have been waiting for so long and they told us it would just be a minute until they picked up again but it clearly was a lie. But what really boiled my blood was that they did not let me order in the store. I will never return to this Pizza Hut ever again they do not even care about their customers. 1 out of 5 stars.
The delivery person Chris Heanete (I may have mis-spelled his last name) has an extremely high sense of responsibility. I made a mistake in entering the delivery address. Upon not being able to find the address on GPS (I think) Chris went the extra mile by calling me to find out the address. This virtue is extremely hard to find in this day and age. I my family and the family where delivery was made a extremely obliged to the BEST Service of this great Pizza Hut brand Ambassador. I know I left tip for the delivery person and I sure hope that he got all that and I wish Pizza Hut recognizes his great service by some appreciative gesture too.
Worst place ever! Under staffed and closes online and phone orders whenever they want. Very poorly managed and I’m surprised they are still in business. I hate ordering from here…food is piss poor and the customer service is trash! I would try other places in the area before here. Only does in store orders after 3pm because they don’t want orders just a FYI
I did not get my delivery. I called and they said that door dash picked up my order, but I did not order through door dash. The lady I spoke with was so rude and could not provide tracking information. Refused to help me! I paid $47 for pizza that I never received!
ordered a large pizza on line - was not informed that pickup location was totally out of large pizzas which i found out when I drove to pick up the pizza ! I would have cancelled the order if i had know at the time of ordering . how does that even happen ? location of pickup was dirty and employees seemed disgruntled. Overall a bad experience.
I've been a customer since 1995. This by far was the WORST visit I've ever had. Spent $26.89 there. When I asked for my senior discount, I was asked for I.D., to prove that I was a senior, afterwhich, I was told that their discount age starts at 75 by store manager, TANYA. I left and had to return because my order was incomplete.This is how you loose a customer of 26 years, high prices and POOR customer service.
The pizza was disgusting. The dough was not cooked and tasted like they did not know how to make it. Also, the toppings and sauce were barely there. I feel shorted because I selected a deal that you guys offer.

Employees friendly and helpful and pizza and wings wwre very good. Nice, clean atmosphere. We enjoyed a rare eat-in, night out.
