In Montgomery County we had a great papa johns with great tasting pizza and wings. The Cockeysville location has done something to the taste of the pizza sauce and wings weren't the wings I remember enjoying while watching the ravens game. Also the person taking our order was having a bad day. Don't be so smug and mean when taking customer orders.
Well, it's an average pizza place. I have been a customer for years because my son regularly asks for pizzas.Anyway, whatever you do, DO NOT order 50% off promo pizzas. They are made with their lower quality pizza dough and they are horrible.
Usually do take out for the carry out special and it's pretty reasonable for how busy they get. I've also done delivery before where it's given me an estimated wait time of 60 to 240 minutes, twice now, and been delivered within a half hour, although I'm not far from the store.
Had an issue and placed an order at the wrong location. This nice lady, Emily, helped get it sorted it out quickly despite placing a finicky order
This place used to be good, and I would order from here regularly, but tonight they messed up so badly, I will never order from here again.They charged for my order 3 times, reversed the payments 3 times, then put it as cash without evening telling me, could not explain why they charged the card multiple times after being on hold for 15 minutes, then held the food hostage for 45 minutes because of their mistake. Then expected me to still pay cash, for cold food and for their mistake if they felt like showing up, for which I said no because it was their fault. On top of that, the manager hung up on me when I was trying to figure this out. NEVER AGAIN!
This location must really suck. Whenever you've gotten bad reviews from 7 years back, bad service has become their culture.I want to thank everyone for their honest commentary because I'll never order from this place. ??
Wonderful location always professional foods always hot great group of guys working there. My hats off to the staff and management of this location. I definitely will be back.

I called to place a carry out order and had to deal with an unhelpful employee. I attempted to make a special request for my pizza and not only did they refuse to accommodate, but questioned my education and insulted my intelligence. Will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered delivery from this Papa John’s and they got my order completely wrong. Called the manager to get my order correct and they did not care until I said I was bringing in the pizza and the receipt. Awful service all around.
