Stopped here at 12:03 a.m. May 2nd 2022. Late night grub session after a long day of rock and roll. Two of the four people who were in my group got violently sick after they eat the food here. The only person I saw actually working in the restaurant was very cordial and could not be more pleasant. Very nice staff. Suspicious of the quality of food.
Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in awhile! Foods always hot and they never mess up my order.
This location is 100% on point with what I expect from McDonald's and nothing like the Towson and Timonium stores. I will drive out of my way to go to this location because the service is friendly, quick and the order is correct. They even give you napkins and tableware when appropriate. Highly recommend this location. Thank you
This McDonald's has had its hiccups in the past but that'll happen with changing generations of staffing ?? right now anyhow, the young Hispanic woman whom I believe is a daytime manager (its Sunday 4pm) has really got things together.. seems very organized food is hot, on time and most importantly orders made CORRECTLY. They should certainly keep this manager a.l.a.p.!! Great job ma'am ???????
One of the best McDonalds crews for speed. The dual-lane drive through is a frustrating gamble but the food is usually ready when I get to the window.
$8.00 for 4 (four) hashbrowns!!! Forget it!! $2.00 friken dollars per hash brown??! WTFuge!!? Capitalism at its best...lets use the Pandemic as an excuse to raise prices! NEVER GOING BACK!!
Go there in the morning sit at the window for ten minutes waiting to pay for order. Orders sitting on counter as employees just walk around ignoring customers at the drive through. Should not take 25 from making a order to get food for one person. Left without food as had to get to work.
You're typical McDonald's but this one always seems to be extremely clean is in a high volume area and seems to do a ton of business but still maintains a cleanliness and a high customer service level. Not that i goto fast food often but will go here when I want those fries.
The person taking orders got my order incorrect. When I asked for it to be fixed he was extremely rude and still did not correct my order. Typically I receive pleasant service here, but this individual treated us horribly! I will NEVER purchase anything from this McDonald’s again. EVER!
This mcd has been really great for a while with even fresh food at night...but I really got hot but dry stiff fries tonight. Some lady over the intercom told me "she didn't know what to tell me" and to come around. Had to explain it again to Josue who is a Star player and asset to this team which deemed me to keep this review 5 star. He reordered Actual fresh fries like it's supposed to be made with a positive and Responsive attitude. Thank you Josue !1/5/22 11pm
