The food is good but the prices are out of control. The crazy part is I have checked the menus in others places D.C. and other parts of Maryland and even New York and the prices here for the same things are the most expensive...9.00 bucks for a single patty cheeseburger is utterly ridiculous!
Everything was great as usual! The workers were doing a great job keeping up with the dinner time rush and they were very friendly.
I ordered the Cheeseburger with the works and added jalapeno and green peppers. They have a large list of toppings that you can add for free. They also serve fries, soft drinks and milk shakes.
I love 5 Guys. I have been a loyal regular for years so it troubles me to write a poor review but this location as deteriorated in quality steadily over the last 6 months.The staff is nice, but my order has been wrong 4 times out of the last five visits. The burgers have been dry, every order has had missing ingredients, and the fries have been tasting odd.On this last visit, my sode of mayo had something floating in it. Ruined my appetite. I don't think I'll go back.
The guy behind the counter was impressive. He kept everything moving. He put care in food preparation. You can the whole team cared about their tasks and put their best into it.
Service was horrendous, was spoken to very rudely and forced to show ID to pick up food even after showing the mobile receipt on the phone for an order that was sitting on the counter with a receipt for 6:49. It was 7:30 before they finally let us walk out with what we paid for because they literally refused to give us our order after showing receipt, order confirmation number, and waiting there for 45 minutes with an order no one else was coming to get. The fries weren't room temperature by then, they were legitimately cold. A waste of an entire hour and money spent. Then when we got to car and started driving off the burger was greasy it leaked through the paper bag and stained my girlfriend's purse. This is the worst service and review I have ever written for a company. I usually give every place 5 stars because I know from having been a FOH manager how reviews can be tracked. This one star was extremely well-deserved.
Went here the evening of 9/29/21 and there were at least 4 people working (3 African American guys and 1 Caucasian guy). There was a male customer waiting on the opposite side, a couple toward the center and another guy to the right of them who told he he had already given his order. I come in and no greeting whatsoever but the biggest reason why you should not come to this location is because of the poor customer service which reflects either how poorly they were trained or the low qualifications this business accepts in hiring employees.I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes and not once did they acknowledge my presence, show any interest in taking my order, say anything to apologize for the wait or that they would be with me in a few minutes or even say anything to stop me from leaving the establishment to get food somewhere else! Your loss FIve Guys!I went somewhere else for 2 burgers and immediately began telling them about my recent experience at this Five Guys location. I was told that lots of people told them how rude the people were at that Five Guys, so stay away and spend your money somewhere else!

Some of the best burgers I've ever had, especially the bacon cheeseburger. The bacon shake is also phenomenal! Love it love it love it
The team were do polite and the burger was the most delicious burger I’ve ever had!
