Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious! From the rotisserie chicken to wraps to the steak - you can’t go wrong with any of it. The sauces are all great too. Plus, the staff is super friendly & it’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been to. You can tell the employees take pride in this place.
This food is spectacular I love your chicken and the prices are really acceptable,the girl that take my order make sure I get what I was looking for.I love the flan but the 3 leches need something else.
My experience at this location included the opportunity to enjoy delicious food with polite staff. After reading reviews & pondering over all of the options, I chose the chicken burrito bowl which was packed with flavors and left me filled but not stuffed. I would recommend slightly larger portion of meat when ordering the burrito bowl to go and the option to customize your order, otherwise my experience was a pleasant one and I shall be returning.

Really good. Some times they are low in spice & herbs flavor, but still tasty. Good job!P.S. Ceviche was just awesome!??

Love the food from El Gran Pollo. The Taylor Avenue and the Cranbrook Road locations are my favorite locations. The wood fire rotisserie chicken and sides are always so delicious. Go there you won’t be disappointed.
Ordered the 1/2 chicken with green beans and red potatoes. It was fantastic! Sauces were great. Will definitely order again

The food here is just amazing. Everything on the menu is delicious, it is always made fresh, and the folks are really friendly. The chicken is what they are known for, but their other meats are also delightful. Their plantains and black beans will knock your socks off.
