I went to Dunkin today. And I noticed how hard the staff is working. A lot of places are very understaffed right now and overwhelmed. Every time I go to this Duncan the manager always smiles and greets me. These people are working very hard to be patient with them love this Duncan location.
This my favorite place when you need a good quality hot chocolate! The customer service it's amazing. Tonight the gentleman like always, was very nice and kind. Thanks for your good service! I do really recommend this place. Nice and cozy!
The service was good but I wish they would let you inside to order.It's always so crowded in the parking lot is so tight to maneuver your car through.
Place is always busy. Staff nice. Given the wrong donut though. I stupidly didn't check before I left so advise you to check your order if taking out.
Very busy Dunkin, no drive thru, but they get the job done quickly regardless. The line was to the door when I went and they had me out with a decent order in 10 minutes. The employees were fast and courteous, very professional. Look forward to stopping in again!
Usually love this place. I placed an order 40 mins before closing, they accepted my order and then proceeded to close early so it was locked by the time I arrived.
My favorite Dunkin to go to. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Quick service. Some employees even know my name and order! My only complaint is sometime they don’t have stuff that is on the app. I appreciate you guys!

Holy lord they were fast. I didn't even have my card back in my wallet and the iced coffee and donuts were on the counter.
