Incredibly rude customer service. I was the only one in the store. I had to explain my order a hundred times (two coffees and two sandwiches) and when they handed me my receipt, they STILL got it wrong. I immediately pointed it out but one of the girls started saying how it was too late, then reluctantly said "fine, whatever" she'll get my order right. While I was waiting, another customer walked into the store saying they got his order wrong too. They were rude to him as well and did not accommodate. I'm shocked this place has such good reviews. Next time I am going to go out of my way to avoid it.
I stop by here every day at 930ish am. As soon as the gentleman notices me he fixes my coffee. Great service. They are however always super busy. So I love that he remembers what I drink even if its a basic coffee
I stood at the ice cream counter for 7 minutes and not one of the 3 people working behind the counter said a single word to me but did welcome all 3 of the people who came in after me. Needless to say I definitely won’t be coming back here.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to order half hot chocolate and half hot coffee... I was told they don't know how to charge for this???? I have ordered this for 20 years without a problem. Not to mention, isn't this a dunkaccino? "Our Dunkaccino®, with its unique blend of coffee and hot chocolate flavors." ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, with a side order of rude!!! I walked out and drove to the DD down the road, they made it perfectly without any problems.
If I could leave zero stars I would, this location CONSISTENTLY sells Ice Coffee as Cold Brew, further almost always forgets to add the flavoring that costs extra.
Good coffee & friendly service. Ample parking, tables both inside & outside, free WiFi, order online, pickup in store. The opposite end of the plaza from the Dutch Market.

You can always tell when management isn't around. I stopped in today, no other customers were around, two employees stood there chatting away for minutes before I turned around and walked out. They looked at me when I walked in, but decided there personal conversation was more important than doing their job.
Very clean and nice polite workers who choose to work than sit at home …. Who suck off the Governor…. So proud of working Americans who love
