I ordered online, and it was quite easy to do. However, I used the "Order 2 items from this specific selection & get each item for $6.99" coupon. I got a medium 2-topping pizza and an order of lava cakes. The dessert was $6.99 but the pizza was $8.99!!! I have no idea why I was charged $2 more & there was no way to question this online or before placing the order. Also, the lava cakes order didn't include the icing, so that ended up being $1.38 more also. The delivery was INSANELY quick, we got the order in about 20 mins, which was AWESOME, however I was pretty disappointed with the pizza. There was hardly any cheese at all & stuff was placed on top of the box, so what little cheese there was ended up stuck to the top of the pizza box. Other than those 2 things, everything else was good, though I'm pretty disappointed with the price difference, the lack of cheese, & the fact that most of the cheese ended up on the lid b/c heavy stuff was placed on top of the box, squishing the middle into the pizza.
I tried placing a large order for a wedding party, after party just before 11pm. The website says they closed at Midnight. I got hung up on halfway through the phone call 4 different times! I offered a sizeable tip to see the job through. On my last attempt to place the order around 11:20 I was told that the store was closed. This is a poor business practice and it will go unforgiven! Thanks for nothing Domino's!
I am not sure why this place has One Star reviews but the Pizza from here is always good fresh and tasty. People working here are really sweet. Please be patient guys give some appreciation to the employees.
I can definitely see progress with customer service in this location! They have High turnover and have to train new people all the time which leads to mistakes like on my last order they put marinara on my philly cheese steak but the manager fixed the mistake with no issues!
Ordered an XL pepperoni 45 minutes before close for the crew at work. It was REALLY good. Thanks to the kid behind the counter. Even though he forgot my garlic sauce.
Decided todo pickup one evening via curbside. While I found flashing my hazards for alerting the employee to the correct car to be a bit odd, the pizza was warm and great. I'll certainly be back.
Placed an order at approximately 7:30pm. I did not receive my order until two hours later. Multiple calles to the store went unanswered. The food was barley even still warm when I got it. Domino's tracker was never updated so I can't file a complaint with the store. Ended up emailing dominos corporate as it was too late to call.This was by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering from any Domino's location.
I ordered dinner from this location on 02/04/22. They never made my food, they definitely didn’t deliver my food, but they were quick to take the money, including the tip I left for the driver out of my bank account. Nobody ever answers the phone. I reached out to corporate who gave me the district managers name phone number and email I reached out to him, he promised to contact me today at 12 to process my refund of course it’s 4 hours later I’ve never heard from him - I texted him multiple times still no response no answer at the store either so I’ve just completed filling out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting my money back… zero out of five stars buyer beware if you’re even thinking about going to this place!
Reviews never lie. This location is the worst, they never answer the phone even after a whole hour of waiting. And your order online will be at the same preparing level online. You'll be waiting all day, don't waste your time here.
First time I am writing a review without actually doing any business with a location. The reasons for this is because they are not offering delivery via the Dominos app. Second, you cannot get a hold of the store. Multiple attempts were made to call and no one answers the phone.This location should be closed or staffed by a competent team. As a Dominos fan, this is very disappointing.
