We have been to this Coal Fire location approximately 6-8 times over the last six weeks. Zach provided excellent service each time. This pizza has become our favorite pizza anywhere. They have free a great Happy Hour as well. Definitely recommend!
First time coming to coal fire restaurant, I ordered 16 wings, and the chicken parmesan and a small pizza. All the food had burnt spots and it would over power the taste of the food making the taste uncomfortable. Almost all my wings were burnt, I could literally get better wings from a unpopular spot. The parmesan chicken was also very burnt and the food could definitely be better. Overall the place is nice the customer service is good but the food could be cooked better.
We love this place even though is out of state. Great pizza! Staff is friendly and helpful.
Got the Green Thumb. Very average pizza. Little flavor. Obviously watching food costs as toppings were thin, cheese? Very light. Why spend big dollars on an expensive oven just to scrimp on product and sell average pie. $17? Pizza Hut is better!

Dirty! I should have known from the beginning when I sat at the table and moved the pizza holder and found that the table had not been cleaned under it there were crumbs all under it I showed my server he said okay then went off and tended to the rest of his tables. I finally asked someone else to clean it.The pizza was almost sub standard - I ordered a Margarita pizza yet it came without any basil on it, I had to request it. Margarita pizzas are supposed to have basil on them.I boxed up my remaining pizza, then went to the ladies room. As I was going to the back of the restaurant I could see even before I got to the counter how dirty it was and I commented my concern to the man making pizzas behind the counter however he only shrugged his shouldersI continued on into the bathroom and upon leaving I took a paper towel and wet it, when I returned to the counter I wiped a little spot on the counter and it was definitely very dirty.. a greasy brown color came off onto the napkin.I asked for the manager, she came, I said that her counter was dirty and her reply was that it was flout whereby I showed her the napkin - I've never seen flour that color. When she said okay I then said I wasn't leaving to it was cleaned ... she leaned up against the wall, folded her arms then said , fine we'll stay here all day - I said fine then we'll stand here all day. She obviously realized that I was serious therefore she got someone this little tiny young woman to attend to it, however she couldn't even reach to the back of the countertop. Plus she was not constantly using the sanitizer bottle and the caught with only damp - the counter needed to be scrubbed not dusted. I never raised my voiceThe manager returned and said that I needed to leave, I told her I was not leaving and if she thought I should leave she should call the police. She then said I was harassing her employees - I told her, all I said is she's not using the sanitizer..As I was leaving I said I will never come here again and she said thank you and then I said I'm going to leave a review and again she said thank you.Experience this whole occasion I never raised my voice nor did I use any harsh language.I will NEVER return here and I will be telling my friends as well.
I am giving them a 1 star rating due to service... service was horrible!! We ordered food and drinks. After the food came we were never checked on to see if everything was ok and we had finished our drinks and noone came to refill our drinks. We had to ask someone cleaning a table (later we found out it was a managet named Josh) finished all our food and waited for a check.FOOD WAS GREAT AND GETS A 5 STAR! BUT ONLY FOOD!After paying our bill we asked for the manager which was Josh and after telling him that service was bad! He said they were understaffed. I told him, I understand but as a manager he shouldnt seat people if they dont have the ability to give quality customer service. He then says to me "I am only here 2 days a week did you want the name and phone number to the general manager?" I said "Yes" gave me a card with her name and number.Now there was a server named Manny there who was doing an awesome job. He waited on many many tables and was very attentitive to his tables and noone he served went with empty cups! When I left, Manny not only had serviced inside tables, but outside as well! He could teach his fellow co workers a thing or 2 on customer service and serving people!
The way it looks online for the personal Pizza it seems like it's a more takeout friendly type of place than it is. The pizza was disappointing for the price. I like a thin crust but not when the crust is mostly burnt ontop of crust issues I was not a fan of the sausage which ruined my pepperoni and sausage pizza experience ?.
Their pizza was very disappointing. Thin as can be. Not crispy. No flavor. No nothing. Just a thin piece of cardboard to chew on. Terrible.Their "rib eye" sub? Flavorless. Absolute garbage. Clearly not real rib eye steak. False advertising at its best. I could cook up some steak ums that would taste better than the trash they gave us.Their fries? If you can call them fries. No flavor at all. Just these thin fake pieces of potato that serve only to make you feel full. No enjoyment gained while eating them. Honestly we just threw them all over the balcony. Hoping they could find some use and maybe sprout a garden. OR feed some desperate squirrels.This Honestly was the worst food we have ever gotten. Terrible. Will never order again.
