Disgusting example of terrible management. I was double charged $20.19. My bank alerted me. I got my money put back on. The attitude I was met with my the manager named Marshall was disgusting. He didn't apologize. Acted like it was my fault,. Then offered me nothing for my trouble. I gave to park in their ridiculous lot. Walk in and waste my time. Marshall needs some chic Fila academy. He acts like he is the president if the company. He is a disgusting person.
Missing food from order again. Funny they can take your payment online. But oopsie! No refunds if they forget to give you your food.… my daughter just said. I don’t like Chick-fil-A anymore do you want my food?Lol! Amazing how fast bad news travels!
Very disappointed. I only eat such food few times a year. I specifically said I wanted my food hot and fresh up. Fries were lukewarm and so was the chicken. I went back, the fries were hot the second time the chicken was still cold. I asked for a little ice and there was a lot of ice in my drink. They were not crowded. Issue is people just don't listen and don't care and think you will accept anything.
I have been failed by this location multiple times. The only reason I've gone back is because it's close to work, but at this point I have had enough. My nuggets are always underdone, the bread for the minis are always so cold, dry and rock hard that I even put in my request for soft, buttered rolls, to which they always ignore. Just a few weeks ago when I ordered curbside, the teen who brought my food out banged so hard on my window he could have busted through!!!! Just ridiculous.
Like all chick fil a. The staff was courteous but they forgot to give me my receipt so I can add my transaction to my app . When i called i had no problem getting the info i needed.
Pulled In at 9:30 pm. The food was fresh and delicious! Friendly at the ordering screen and all the way through. I would highly recommend this location! Thanks for a great late dinner!
Great food!! Love their pepperment milkshakes they have in the winter. Though if you eat the same thing too much. It just doesn't taste as good. Overall id rate this a 8.5 out of 10.
Always a great experience eating here. Good service, friendly, and delicious meals and milk shakes. Chic fil a sauce is the ?cherry on top.
I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. But this is the one I use the most and it’s closest to my house. I just want to say that they are always friendly and always kind. My food is always hot always fresh. And the service is very fast. These people work very hard and I appreciate it a lot.
The food is good! I usually go with chicken nuggets or a spicy chicken sandwich with sweetened iced tea, and so far no bad experiences with the food. The customer service is always great, the employees are always super sweet. The only thing I'd recommend is stickers for the drinks, it's hard trying to figure out which drink is what and often you just have to guess, but other than that great!
