We ordered online at 9:35 PM and arrived at this location at 9:45 PM to pick up our food. They asked us to pull forward and proceeded to give the 5 vehicles that ordered behind us their food before finally giving us our food at 10:05 PM ( without all of our sauces and with cold fries). The worst customer service that I have ever received at any Chick-fil-A.
HEY OTHER "FAST" FOOD CHAINS!!!!This is the business model you should be replicating! Great food, incredible employees who actually look and behave like the truly enjoy their job. I don't think I ever have seen a YouTube video of people climbing through the drive thru window or jumping the counter because they were being charged 75 cents for an extra cup of BBQ sauce that took place at any of these establishments. KUDOS to you Chick-fil-A!Side note: This place is so good that they make enough money to be closed on Sundays....sad that I can't eat yummiest in Sunday but I can appreciate a day off too.
I came here earlier today and ordered just a sandwich and a lemonade for my lunch break the employee “Taylor” asked me did I want fries with that I told her “No” clear as day.. I get to the window pay for my food and realize when I’m already at work that I was charged for a fry.. I feel like this type of action needs correcting prices are alright sky rocket and to be charged for something I clearly said no to is a problem.. please make this right.
Not your average Chck-fil-A, a cut above the rest. Chicken is HOT, tomatoes in salads are COLD, salads are HEAVY, and the service is FAST!
Quick service. Accurate order. Took a little bit for my things, but that was because they were making a fresh batch of nuggets for me and it was still early for lunch yet.
I always use Hunt Valley Chick-fil-A even though I have other branches close to my place. Good service and fast serving speed with comfortable environment for dine-in, drive-through, and parking.

Chick-fil-A is my absolute favorite. I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A then I’ve always had a perfect experience. I happen to go to this one the most. The staff is always kind and friendly and truly treat customers like family. Can’t say enough great things about Chick-fil-A.
How am I supposed to eat my soup without any utensils? I prefer not to drink chicken noodle soup. Everything is great otherwise.
Originally gave this location a 4 and i have to update it. I ordered lunch on 2/18 and it was wrong. Called them and they said they would send out the right one. Never showed up after several hours. I sent an email to corporate but they typically go no where. This location has 2 company cars for delivery. It is always a 50/50 shot if they will even have delivery available on a given day. I have see people use personal cars to do deliveries. Lately it seems like the food had been sitting. Fries are soggy and barely warm. Not crispy at all. If i go to the location, or a diffrent one, the food is awesome. The same guy that owns this location owns one .9 miles further away that is much much better. For some reason i cannot order from them for delivery.
