Great food, great atmosphere
Good waiter. Great bread and dip. Food was ok but felt a little reheated type of vibe and young kid greeter barely asked how many didn’t say hi super awkward and clearly should not be greeting and seating anyone. The waiter with the gold teeth was super personable and a great waiter who would definitely bring me back since he was so attentive and great.
Had the best food at Carrabba's this evening. Customer service from our waiter, Lawrence was exceptional. Thank you for awesome service Lawrence. Will definitely visit again to try more menu options.
Food was good, staff friendly... 4starsLost 1 star due to the decor, and ripped up seats. Also, environment of the place- felt more like a bar with a restaurant. Felt like the place lost a touch of class.
Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and bright. Food was good but not amazing. I ordered Mozzarella Sticks, Salmon Capperi with sauteed spinach. I would order it again if I were there but I would not go there for it.
I DO NOT do chain restaurants, but made an exception for the "convenience" factor on Thursday. The experience reminded me why I should have stuck to my "rule"...Pick-up/ Curbside service was GREAT! Ready & walked out to my car the moment I pulled up!FOOD - ridiculously disappointing, even concerning!I ordered 2 Kids' Meals: spaghetti & meatballs and chicken fingers.The SPAGHETTI TASTED LIKE **PLASTIC**!! Plastic! My daughter said "Mommy, this tastes funny." It so concerned me - in addition to tasting horrible - I threw it out immediately Why - and HOW - does one get cooked spaghetti to taste like PLASTIC? The meatball - again, for a kids' meal - was SO PEPPERY (black pepper spice) that it was strong even for ME, an adult who loves pepper. Certainly too peppery for my7 yr old.The Steamed Broccoli - was so overcooked it was falling apart. Plus, it's clearly the vegetable for the "adult" menu - with large chunks of minced garlic. Again - what KID is going to eat floppy broccoli swimming in GARLIC CHUNKS? I had to rinse off the already soggy broccoli in a strainer before serving it.If it weren't for the friendly and timely curb-side pick-up (of the horrible food), this review would have been a ZERO.
While the service was good the food was extremely lacking. I got some pasta with chicken it had maybe 2 pieces of chicken in it. My wife had Chicken brian it was a small portion and extremely dry.
The food is delicious here! I had the lunch special for 9.99 it comes with a soup and a salad. You can't beat an offer like that
Food was about half cold when it came out 3 out of 4 dishes and this was for lunch and they weren't busy. Other than that it was good but small portions.
