Had a coupon. Went to the drive-thru and the voice told me to go to the window before I was able to put in my order. Fine.Then, when I get to the window, the person there gives me attitude because I did what the drive-thru speaker told me to do. What a clown-show. Just go to the BK in Owings Mills instead.
This has been the worst burger I have ever been to. The staff were wrestling in the back and cursing. It was two men. Thos happened around 1:35pm on April 25th.we waited too long for our food because of their unprofessional behavior. We got a refund and walked out
$6 your way meal. Whopper Jr was burn and Dry. Missing my 4 piece chicken nugget. Drive thru customer were coming complaining about their order.
I’ve never experienced more unprofessional behavior in my life. Loud cussing back in the kitchen between employees that didn’t stop the entire 20 minutes I was waiting for my food. Language I would hate to have children or grandparents hear. I came inside because the drive through line was crazy long and not moving. I realized why when I went inside. No structure, no leadership, no working. Nothing happening but employees yelling at each other. Not a good look. 4/19/2022 12:30pm
Visited on Sunday evening, around dinner time, April 10, 2022. Placed my order, which came to $9.08. I gave the cashier $20.08. She asked me how much money she owed me. The register was broken and she didn’t know how to make change. I had to tell her she owed me $11.00. As I’m driving up 83 I decided to start eating. My onion rings were only half fried so I couldn’t eat them. My vanilla shake was not even half frozen and didn’t taste right so I didn’t drink it. Whopper Junior with cheese was only fair.
This place only survives because it's right next to a McDonalds, and I'm telling you right now you're better off going to the McDonalds. Nobody there even smiles at you anymore and they act like you're being a burden for choosing to try and eat there.
I almost never go to BK but went yesterday because I had to get something to eat before I passed out. Not historically the friendliest location but as long as the food is edible, I’m happy. But Jaleel who waited on me was so nice! Actually made my day. While I generally don’t like the food much at BK, it was good so it made for a great experience at the location. Had to give credit where credit is due!
I try to never ever leave bad reviews. But let me start by saying I love Burger King. But this location is a complete mess. Management and ownership needs to get a new stuff in there immediately. My food was cold and the water was in accurate and the staff was just not friendly.
The Hunt Valley Burger King is awful. My husband just went there and the employee was extremely disrespectful, he ended leaving and going to the Timonium location. There have been numerous times in the past where we received cold fries and waited a really long time. The Timonium location is much much better.
This is the best Burger King joint I've ever been to. The service is fantastic they are very friendly and they always get my order right.
