Would be 5 out of 5 stars but I ordered 15 wings and only got 14...they shorted me a wing! I know wing prices are up but if I pay for 15 I expect 15 not 14...if they are only serving 14 then they should advertise that.
Ordered food that got canceled. Called to resolve the issue and was put on hold for 30 minutes and ignored completely. Don't order from this store. Spoke with someone in the Store Told order would be refunded, But didn't received the amount. Manager is not there at store. Truly Unprofessional

Ordered through the website which ended up being delivered by DoorDash through them. When I received my order it was wrong. Not pleased but I can just get a refund or a new delivery, I’ve got time tonight…. So I thought. I called the store and it was very unprofessional. I was told it was a DoorDash issue and not them so they can’t do anything. I explained how it was through their website and not my personal DoorDash account. I was told to call them at 10am for the refund. About 5 or so minutes later I get a call back saying I’ll get the refund if I come over now to drop off the incorrect order I received. I cannot do that, it’s 20 mins away and 20 mins to come back. Not wasting over 40 mins, it was also a little past 10pm mind you. Plus I ordered delivery for a reason. Said I can’t do that and was told to bring it in at 10am or I cannot receive the refund. This is what Mcayla told me. Doesn’t make sense, never had that issue. Plus it’s nasty to being old or touched food, unsure what would happen. And I work at that time so it’s impossible for me. Ended up calling corporate who helped me with the situation. Has never been this difficult receiving a refund, never had to jump through so many hoops. The ladies I spoke to were very unprofessional and left a sour taste. I used to order more than I would like to admit but after that I cannot do so.
Fries are consistently not hot. Its the third time im ordering. Wings are ok. Not a life changing, view changing experience. Its ok if you're very hungry. Fries were hot and delicious at another location. I think management is poor. Quite disappointing...Owner do something , if you dont want your business run down...
Overpriced, boneless wings were bland and tasteless, we ordered loaded fries - they were swimming in cheese sauce and nothing else. An 8 piece boneless with hickory smoked bbq had hardly any sauce and an 8 piece garlic parmesan was tasteless. And for 2 of us it was over $30, we could have eaten somewhere else for much less and enjoyed it. We won't be back, we threw half of it out, what a waste of money.
I visited this location for the first time today and I have no complaints. My order was fresh & delicious and the place was clean inside!! I did allow a few extra minutes but my order was ready when I went inside (I ordered via the app). I started not to go based on the older reviews but after reading the newer reviews I had a change of heart and I’m glad I did!
I ordered online and my order was correct. However, the food was overly greasy and definitely NOT hot and although I ordered a 10 pc wing combo plus 10 boneless wings and 2 tenders…they only included ONE ranch dressing!I am willing to pay for extra ranch but would assume 10 boneless wings would come with a sauce!Also, the website says 70 cent wings but the order was 10 for $ 9.49….so please update your website!
Ordered wings today for the first time from Wing Stop Catonsville. I have to disagree with the negative reviews. The wings were a good size (not small as many have complained about). Their original sauce is so good and the place is clean and neat. I placed my order on line, it took a little longer than they said before it was ready but it happens... it is game day and lots of people wanted their wings. I will definitely order from there again!!!
Very unsanitary, worker went from touching raw chicken to wrapping my order( no hand washing inbetween). When i called her out on it she told i don’t know what was talking about even tho i watched her do it. Wait time is crazy!
