I was surprised at the excellent taste of all the items I ordered. It seems that they've scaled up. I have no idea if it's just this one of a fluke, but definitely surpassed my expectations.I got no sauce or napkins, but guess one can't have it all. I appreciate not getting a handful of condiments I don't need, but ask me what I do need. I didn't think I had to ask for napkins. At least three for the four items I purchased.
Ordered through the drive thru and specified mild and hot sauce with the order. Had a lot on my mind and forgot to get my girlfriend an order of bean and cheese. Asked to add it at the window and was told the manager does not allow add ons at the window. Asked to speak to her but she never came to the window. Additionally, no sauce was put in the bag. Will never return to this location!!!
Ordered something and they gave me something else random. I brought back my food and asked them to give me what I ordered. They said no that they don't have it anymore so they made up something random and still charged me full price. I asked for a refund since they don't make it and they said no I asked for them to take back what they made and give me 2 $1 burritos... they said no. Okay be stupid and enjoy your one ?.
Decent . The people are friendly . I got a taco and a crunch wrap. I wish they would drain their meat. The meat was lacking in the taco . The liquid from the meat on the crunch wrap was dripping out the crunch wrap. I know The fat and water is cheaper then meat but please just drain your meat. Please and thank you .
As part of my order I ordered a Kickstart, which is supposed to be pretty close to that color of orange juice. When the cashier tried to hand my drink over it was mostly clear with a tinge of orange at the bottom. I told her it looked watered down, and I was told that I was wrong and it was supposed to look that way. I guess that was better than admitting the truth and that they were low on syrup. This was not the first time either; I had the cashier tell me the same thing a couple months earlier. So I guess lying to customers and telling them they are wrong is that cashier’s thing? I did two stars because I’ve had good experience with the other people who work there, but not with this cashier! ?
The food was good when it is make correctly. I picked up an order through drive-through to find out later that it was incorrect. I went back and they remade it, only to make another item incorrect. Would not recommend.
I got a 12 pack soft and hard taco supremes. ? Yum!!
Super friendly staff. Got my order right and it was great. Much better than past experiences at the Taco Bell that is closer to my house.
Wont be returning back to this location my entire order was completely wrong, I asked for no tomatoes on my chalupa and they still put it, chalupa is over cooked, I paid for sour cream to be added to my taco and there was no sour cream, please just go to the next Taco Bell in security blvd
I am a huge fan of Taco Bell for over 30 years, but please do not go to this location (Catonsville, MD). They will mess up your order, short your food repeatedly no matter what you do. This started 2 years ago because I have been going here since I was a child, and the employee calls everyone 'boss', but he in fact thinks he is the boss of the world. They shorted us food (a million times), and made us wait in a parking lot as punishment to never even come out and give us the food we ordered. No receipt, and refused to tell me his name, but he is there all the time 'bossing', he truly is a bully, and put me in tears. The food will be completely opposite of what is ordered and half the order will be missing. We usually order a 30 dollar order, so instead of being grateful they have customers and a job, they hurt their kind customers. I rarely ever complain, but will NEVER return here. Please go to Columbia or Security or any other Taco Bell, so you can enjoy! Even make at home rather than this joint! And I promise myself to do the same!!
