I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!
I stopped by after attending the Woodlawn High School farewell for two of our CCBC Upward Bound Catonsville scholars to purchase lunch. I ordered a 6in All American Club on multigrain bread. It was delicious! The staff was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and organized. Thank you for providing me with a healthy sub to fill me up!
Never had a bad experience here. It's never crowded, parking is close & easy. Service is fast & friendly. Food is good & reasonably priced. What's not to like here?Just stopped in to get two salads. Except for the drive, it's probably quicker than getting the salad ingredients out of the refrigerator at home & throwing one together.

I've been to this Subway many times, but today felt compelled to write a review. They did a cosmetic interior redecoration in this place. Looks much nicer. Today, the young woman who waited on me was so polite and attentive. Possibly the best in person subway experience I've ever had. Other than that, it's a fairly typical Subway, but the cleanliness, appearance, and staff really make this one a cut above.
This was my first time at this location but my sandwich was really good. The service was good and the food was fresh.
