Staff so slow they might as well been moving backwards. Would make one drink of an order with multiple drinks and the. Go to a different order only to come back to yours. Should make all drinks in an order at one time. Also picked my drink cups up twenty times to put them back down to go to a different order first. Acting like he didn’t know how to make my drinks. Needs better staff and training.
This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks. However within the last year it seems like there's nobody to keep it clean. The bathroom floors are nasty. The garbage is always overflowing and on the floor. I've mentioned stuff before the staff and no one bothers to seem to clean it up they just leave it like it is and it's not just a certain time of day it could be morning or evening it's always nasty.
I've always had pleasant experiences with the staff at this location. My drinks come out good and that's all that matters!
Not a big fan of any Starbucks but I do love the sugar free vanilla latte with double espresso shot
This is not the first time I got bad drink from them. I thought maybe just a accident . But … after today … I am done with this Starbucks spot . My order is so watery like last time and the time before . . . Just milk mixed with flavor liquid and cream . Wow….how terrible!!!
I been wait for bagel with cream cheese like half hour. The other customers come after me and they take care of them fast and I been wait for half hour for bagel with cream cheese and they don’t know how to make nothing bad Starbucks.
I'm a gold member and LOVE stacking points as well as completing challenges. When I visit my grandkids, I'm the Starbucks baller because I use my points with them and all of there friends. The secret menu is also one of my favorites
One of my favorite shops in the area of Catonsville! I mean it’s Starbucks so it speaks for itself but the employees are so helpful and generous, can’t wait to get back into my routine of going back more.
The barista was really friendly. It's a nice place overall but can get a little crowded, so it would be nice if the service was a bit faster.
customer service was amazing!!!! my drink got skipped in the rush but the barista (i think her name was grace?) remade it and was very nice about it.
