People was nice but you spend almost $6 for a concrete and it's not even filled to the top of the cup. For that I should have went to McDonald's and got a Mcflurry. So not happy at all.

I had no idea that that location was even there and I went in and they were so nice the two young employees that were there I forget their name it's been so long ago but my goodness they were very nice and professional

Pure excellence! It was my first time at Rita's. I got the gelati with vanilla custard and Mango Italian ice. It was SO amazing! The flavor was not too sweet, since the custard balanced the sweetness of the mango. The customer service was warm and welcoming (and patient) as my family needed a great deal of time to decide what they wanted. It was also great to support a Black owned and operated establishment. As the hot days of summer become hotter I will definitely be going to this Rita's for more!
