This Popeye's location is filled with incompetent workers and management! The manager clearly spoke minimal English and apparently understood less English than what he spoke. My order was incorrect and when I asked for sauce for my family dinner, again nobody understood what my request was. I will be calling corporate as I was and still am highly upset!
This is the worst location I've been to. The staff the very rude and unprofessional. More customer service training is needed at that location. Do better.
This is the only fast food restaurant I go to. The location by Double T Diner on Route 40 I find to be the friendliest one. They always nice and helpful at this location they even make suggestions to save me money. I never have to wait for my order I always get it almost right away.
Absolutely horrible. 3 people in front of me had wrong orders, and when i got mine, wrong order. People from the drive through had to come in because they got their orders wrong as well. They tried to argue with me that what I ordered was there and correct till i showed them what i ordered was written down.
I have had a few problems in the past with this location but it's closer than any other one by 15 to 20 minutes. They charge $0.10 for bags through drive-thru as if we can give them a bag for our order.???. Order has been wrong a few times and staff is sometimes rude.
Once we GOT IT (40 min. later?) the food was good. Ordered in the drive through, were asked to 'pull through to the right & wait, we need to make more chicken tenders'.... Okay? (even though it was to the left). And we wait. And wait. And wait. Several other cars come & go thru drive thru.? We realize there are at least 3 cars before us waiting in the parking lot for their order too.? Eventually after 25 minutes, my husband masks up & has to go inside to figure out where our food is!!!!! (Defeats the purpose of a drive thru?♀️). Eventually, he emerges with food another 15 min. LATER.?♀️ It will be a long, long, long time before we do another Popeye's run....
Can you please pull it together this is the second time I ordered food at this location and did not get what I ordered! I ordered through Uber eats and every single time something is messed up or missing, get it together. I ordered a 2 piece with a side there’s no side and why does the biscuit look like this ?
What has happened to the chicken at this Popeye's? We have been eating here for years and the chicken has always been very good, but the last few weeks it has been cooked hard and dry and does not even taste like it used to.
