I’ve ordered pizza at the Catonsville Pizza Hut twice and every time the food is delicious and hot! My order is always correct and the staff are always very pleasant and nice! The Pizza Hut in Catonsville on Frederick will definitely be my Pizza Hut of choice!!
We Order Pizza Veggilovers and there is no cheese .Vegetable only Very disappointed about food and service.
severely disappointed again! It either takes forever to get delivery or the order is wrong. Tonight I ordered a stuffed crust pizza ,a personal pan pizza ,bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. I did not receive any Mariana sauce ror the bread sticks or sauce fir the cinnamon sticks. I would think spending $50 including delivery fee and tip, your order would be correct! my bad, live and learn.
This used to be a reliably good Pizza Hut, but there seems to have been a major changeover in staff (to be expected, it’s a Pizza Hut) and management. The last four times my wife and I have ordered here the food has been either (a) cold, (b) wrong, or (c) poorly made to the point where I was embarrassed for the cooks who made it. Gonna do the right thing and order from one of the many great local spots instead.
Store full of employees with absolutely no orders since 5 people were standing at the counter just talking this is my assumption and still can’t get orders right. I went back in and was treated like I was dumb and the missing item was there. Watch out I think some items are invisible I left without my missing items and aggravation. Not what I paid for
They have no prices on their menu. Which is weird. I was then charged $47 for pizza, wings and soda. I canceled my order and walked out. Every business I've ever been to has had prices on their menu. This very fact made me not enjoy my experience.The person at the front could barely say hello.But. I'll go back to Today's Pizza. They need lessons on service and how to run a business.
The food was excellent today... only issue was they brought it 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled time which made the food cold by the time I was able to eat it.
They don't start your order until you arrive. I got a notice that my order would be ready in 15. I showed up in 15 minutes when the app said my order was ready. I was told it would be 15 more minutes even tho I had waited and the app said it was ready. I ended up waiting over half an hour AFTER I arrived even tho I waited to arrive until the app said my order was ready. Never again
I never got my food last night. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery, and it claimed it was delivered, but it NEVER arrived. Called the restaurant over 30 times. Each time was met with the busy signal. I am disgusted by this lack of customer service.
A fresh, hot, pizza would have been nice. The service is usually good. This is the first time I ordered from them and it was just bad. Long wait. Pizza tasted like it had been sitting for an hour before it was delivered. Over cooked. Luke warm. Just bad.
