Used to be the place to get best Goat Biryani in Baltimore. Ordered 5 Goat biryani’s last Saturday evening and picked around 7:30 PM.Goat pieces were very dry; Quantity & Quality of Biryani is very bad and not up-to Persis previous months standards. Better to get back to regular quality to welcome regular return customers for longer survival.
Oh my GOD! This is the greatest place for North Indian food! Especially paneer tikka masala! I have never had more authentic food in US
Old meat and temporarily dum biryani, Food is not bad but not outstanding, Plus only one person working on counter & serving tables, No water available for customers" not even a bottle of water, I might give it one more try but place is slow, Average food with slow unprofessional service, Naan was literally the worst on planet earth!!
Good place to take out specially family pack chicken biryani but be careful sometimes they mix old stuff
Persis buffet is one of the best Indian buffets I’ve had in a very long time. The food is authentically Indian from Hyderabad. The Biriyani was absolutely delicious! Very flavorful and the meat pieces were so tender they fell off the bone. The goat curry was my favorite dish. It was tender, spicy and delicious. When I went there was a line out the door to get a seat for the Sunday afternoon buffet! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic South Indian cuisine.
Ordered quite a number of times from this place as this is the closest to my house. Clean restaurant. Quite crowded during the weekends. Good food quality and taste. Tried all chicken items and the taste is quite good. The karappodi chicken is something new that I've tasted here. The Persis special chicken is also pretty good.
The food is absolutely delicious here! The tandoori chicken came out to the table sizzling on a hot plate which was on another plate that could be touched. It was spectacular because it continued to sizzle as it was right from the oven. It was a beautiful presentation, and it not only looked good but It tasted exquisite- moist and flavorful. We also got basmati rice which was an excellent complement to the meal. My friend ordered palak chicken and said it too was delicious. Our server was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back!
This is the best Indian restaurant ever! The service and the food are perfect. The tandoori chicken is delectable. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back!
Highly recommended if you enjoy spicy Indian food. They can however tweak the spice level & the food still taste great! The chicken chettinad & kadhai paneer were delicious and served with a bowl of rice. Will visit again to try Persia Biryani. This store is close to an Indian grocery store Patel brothers. So shop there & eat at Persis.
The moment you enter you can feel the aroma of the spices! While the interiors of the restaurant are rather simple, the food is amazing. I tried Chettinad Chicken and Kadhai paneer, both were awesome!! I noticed a lot of takeaway orders and perhaps because of that the service was slower than normal. But highly recommended for good Indian food!
