I placed an order via the website this evening and I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. To my surprise I had a $10 papa reward. My purchase came to approximately a little over $10 and I left the driver a $10 tip. When I opened my box, I literally had no toppings on my pizza. There were 12 jalapeños and 8 pieces of pineapple and barley any cheese. I am not someone that complains, but I felt like this should not have went unnoticed. I contacted the store and the young lady I spoke was rude, left me on hold for about 5 minutes and when she returned to the phone, stated that the toppings I ordered , they were low on and I said cheese too! She proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and placed me back on hold and didn’t return to the phone. A simply phone call could have been made and informed me that they were low on their supplies to fulfill my order and I would have cancelled. But, instead I waited over 40 minutes for a pizza that wasn’t properly prepared. I will not be order from this store in the future and that’s Unfortunate due to the product and the service.
This place is 7 minutes from our home 2.5 miles away from the store location. They give flyers out at my son's school that's in the area for special school rate. On the flyer it says to call Generl Manager at that store to receive special rate. It also says at the bottom of the flyer in fine print "Minimum order of two pizzas delivered to school address, call general Manager for special pricing." So I call the general manager & she gets on phone & tells me "it's a minimum of 4 pizzas." So I then let her know the flyer says Minimum of 2 pizzas have to be brought. Also told her my son received the flyer in school. I give her my address and then, she tells me I'm out of the delivery area & that she has not passed out any flyers. But my son comes home from school, with a flyer with your name on it & this advertisement. They just was rude about it & could have handled the situation better, instead of trying to push a customer away.
Never go to this place....besides the fact they messed up the order...I'm am being kind I ordered pizza and wings...they didn't mess up the toppings...just forgot the pizza....Wow, keep up the good work....Lastly the driver did not even get out of the car, so when I'm 3 feet away from the car he spd off...he had to come back with my $28 wings....no pizza...good thing I didn't see his face ....I live right down the street
The manager tonight is awesome! Great customer service even on a busy night. Thanks and food is sooo good!
Manager was professional and working hard to push things through on a very busy day, communicated what was happening and gave me the VIP treatment. Being kind equals repeat customers
Waited about an hour and 20 minutes for one pizza... I called Papa John's and was informed there is a three hour delay and that the gentleman working is the only one working the entire store today had to cancel my order and I feel bad for the guy working the store alone.
Wtfff!!!!!!! I opened the box and found this inside that is NOT what i ordered and. Very unprofessional why would you eat it and deliver it like this?
Pizza was not fresh, lacked proper toppings, Brownie came as Cookie, and the driver didn't have enough cash to break a 20.Edit: Manager was not helpful. Downgraded to 1 star.
I ordered a specialty pizza this evening about 5:45, when I received it there was a topping missing. I called and spoke with the manager, his name starts with a M( he told me his name but I forgot ??♀️). He was very professional with an amazing personality , after realizing the error was on my end, he still took care of me with no issues. We actually laughed about the mistake. Kudos to him ??
Our favorite location since it's close to home. Angelo is one of the best. Store doesn't have as many deals as calling in your order. Will always return!
