Almost clean except for restrooms. Food and beverages are always good; however, staff is rude and it's just an ongoing culture in Panera locations in this area. Placing a pick-up order ahead, give them a plenty of time, avoid the rudeness.Eren from morning staff is different. Always welcoming and respectful.
Ordered a green goddess cobb, added spinach and frizzled onion. Didn't get the onions, and did get the spinach but all the other veggies were gone( aragula, red leaf, kale ). Just the romaine and spinach. Nothing like advertisement.
The Ceasars salad was aweful!! It had so many stocks ,I picked them out and there was no salad left to eat. This is the worst especially since food is so high. Never again will I order a salad from Panera at 6600 Baltimore National Pike Catonsville MD.
just found a dead fly at the bottom of my salad...so thats the last time im eating here lol
Clean this place up. Next time you're in there waiting for your order, look up at the HVAC vents and see if you feel like eating after that. Nasty. Also the first time getting food from a Panera where it was "different " from similar orders at other locations. Smaller portions, guacamole instead of sliced avocado,etc.. Just seems like it was corner cutting all around.
The amount of stress and anxiety that this location causes me is honestly unreal. It doesn't matter if I go in the morning for breakfast, I will be late to work waiting on my breakfast sandwich, or if I go for lunch, I will be late waiting on a turkey sandwich... The employees are training each other during peak hours causing major delays, and at the expense of the consumer. It is extremely disturbing and totally unfair to the loyal customers whom continue to patronize this location with the same horrific results...
My go to is the 10 vegetable soup with bread. I also indulged in an orange scone. Both were very tasty. The soup was served nice and hot and flavourful. The scone was perfect. I actually spent a lot of time there as I was having difficulty with my computer. I truly enjoy that no one even looks impatient at customers taking their time. The only drawback was that it was quite awake and line to order. Get there early and be prepared for a wait during peak times. I arrived at 11:30 and was back by the coffee station when I got in line. The person taking orders seemed confused most of the time. I also felt it was a long wait at the food counter for just a bowl of soup. It would seem they don't have the capacity for online ordering as well as in store ordering.
I wish we had the option to give negative stars. Are used to eat here every day. And I’ll see you when I come into the store and order face-to-face things usually go well but whether I order over the phone or on the app it always I repeat always gets screwed up.Tonight whoever answered the phone had no idea what they were doing, they made me lead the call instead of asking the appropriate questions for someone taking an order. After spending 10 minutes on the phone to order three items, it was worse than pulling teeth, I get to the restaurant and the girl ignores me to help somebody else hoping that her manager will serve me. Then lied straight to her managers face and said she asked for my credit card information over the phone. After 40 minutes waiting for to have sandwiches I was told that they didn’t make my order at all and that it was my fault for not giving them my credit card information. Even though I was never asked and the employee lied to her manager. They didn’t even bother calling me back to get my credit card information and they had my phone number I. I am mediately got in my car and went to the Security Blvd., Panera bread and everything was fine stay away from Catonsville
Just ordered a bread bowl with the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. I got home and opened it up only to find out the container was barely half full with this pathetic excuse for a serving size. This is absolutely inexcusable. I will be taking my family elsewhere from now on.
Waited for my pick-up order for 40 minutes. Got regular coffee with milk instead of cappuccino and caramel latte. Sizes were off as well. Didn’t expect that from Panera. Did their service go down the hill? Or is it just this location?
