I have been a LOYAL Panda Express customer and have been pretty pleased with service until today. I arrived to the Cantonsville [ Baltimire National Pike, Route 40 West] at approximately 750pm. Upon my arrival I see that there are several pans that are empty[ sesame chicken, bejing meat, sweet fire chicken] and the employee informs me that they were all.out and that they were not making any more food. I asked the young lady what time did the store clase and she informed 930pm. It's still approximately 1hr and 30 minutes left before the store closed, food pans are empty, and there is no more food being made. And she thought that it was funny and I did not. This is an example of bad customer service.

My family and I have been Panda Express loyalist for as long as I can remember. Definitely our go to fast food restaurant hands down and I have always had a pleasant experience. Until today, after my experience with the store manager Aman and his staff I will NEVER EVER visit another Panda Express again. The icing on the cake was when I called customer care to express my concern and was hung up on.

i usually order from this location when I’m in the area. location seems to be perfect for walk-in service. i decided to order using mobile app to save time. i waited for over 20mins for food to be made. the plus side I guess was the food was as FRESHLY made, just inconvenient wait time for food.UPDATE since last visit, highly would recommend walking into this location as opposed to using mobile pickup. I decided to give this location another try, assuming that this was just a one off instance.I feel as tho Managemennt should look into this situation. I personally believe that it’s not to much to ask to have food ready when setting a designated time for pickup. However, just to test the theory. Im gonna plan on ordering again, but just choosing the pickup now option as opposed to selecting future time pickup. It’s amazing that even with the low amount of traffic, that my food wasn’t ready when scheduled.

I think it's important for these type of merchants to expand their diversity in their hiring of employees. I will say that my experience today was not pleasant as I was not happy about the treatment of one of the employees. To observe her coworkers laughing and bossing her around I was very offended and I will never patronize this location again. Very disappointing.

Really nice place, they're fast to give you food and it always tastes good too! surrounding area is a little ghetto but other than that it's fine.

Lived in the area for over 20 years. This panda express has gone through several management changes. The parking is extremely tight and it's pot holes. The food has been cold in the past. Its not hot when purchased. Inside it's freezing. The customer service sucks. Sometimes I notice they try to do my plate right and exact. I've gone here for several years it's only gone down hill. They charge me a fee if I ask for a little bit more meat on some items (broccoli and beef...way more broccoli then beef). The employees are rude. They don't speak English at all. They usually rush me and if I take a min to pick an item they will ignore me and help someone else instead of working one customer at a time or having a 2nd person take someone's order. I'd give it a one but the food is okay I'm not knocking the food. It's the employees and how they handle the food and treat their customers. I prefer the location over west baltimore. Their very nice kind and treat me well with larger portions. I'd give the one in Baltimore 4/5

The Panda Express on the Washington boulevard. The food is always fresh and great. I travel about 6 miles from home to go to this location, because the employees working there are always friendly and nice.

I’ve been here at least 10 times, and it got worse every time I went back. The portion sizes are always inconsistent. Sometimes the containers will be filled to the brim, and other times it will be half empty. Last time I ordered from here I got carryout. It looked like someone shook the box before they put it on the shelf because all of the different sides were mixed together. I recommend going to the one in Halethorpe instead. Never coming back here.

I had 2 back 2 back bad experiences at Panda. 2 locations, this location and the Reisterstown Road plaza location. Route 40 had a little bit of rice left and they scrapped the bowl to get all those older rice accounted for. The plaza location just piles new food over older food. My rice tasted crunchy and not fresh. One more chance Panda, then we are done.

Sunday 1/2/22 3:30pmWalked in without a mask, was immediately “yelled” at by an employee named “Maria”.. Totally understand the frustration with COVID and overlooked that initial situation..Went back to car and got mask, came in and got my food from Maria. As I am checking out, Maria begins talking to a co worker in Spanish….. now I’m a white man, one could assume I do not know Spanish…. Well 3 years of Spanish in school and 10 years in service industry, I know enough to talk to someone and comprehend them in Spanish. This woman was literally calling another customer and I names in Spanish. I was in disbelief…About 30 seconds into Maria’s rant, I heard enough….I spoke in Spanish to get her attention and let her know I understand her….This is when the manager apologized to me.Food was delicious still. 5 stars for food.
