Up early to swing by Krispy Kreme to grab 3 dozen donuts for the Saturday work crew. 6:25 am a d the the store is suppose to ope at 6am. Nobody answers the order box. So I drive up to the window. I see a young kid peeping at me. Once he knew I saw him he approached the window. He said, "We are not open yet...I can't ring you up because I don't have cash." When I asked what time they open he said 6 but the manager is not there yet Not a good start to the day..
Worst experience ever!! Every time I come here they never have any of the donuts Advertised. A bunch of kids doing nothing. I don’t even know why I come here. I rather drive the extra miles to another one. They should close this location!!!
Placed an online order for two dozen donuts, one dozen regular glazed and the other dozen was an assortment. When we arrived 15 minutes later to pick them up, the employees said that they didn't have any more donuts other than a handful of random chocolate covered ones (no glazed?!?!?) and couldn't fulfil my order since they weren't making any more donuts (it was 9:45 and they close at 11pm). The employees did not seem to care at all about the order and couldn't even cancel my order in the store. We had chosen to eat at a restaurant nearby because of this Krispy Kreme store, and had to leave empty handed. We were all very disappointed to say the least.
This place may as well just shut down. They never have the seasonal/special products, ever! Been multiple times and have attempted delivery multiple times and have been let down each and every stinkin time! Why open a Krispy Kreme and not carry the doggone items advertised? Just close or make more stuff! Jeeze! Smh

They still make great donuts. Visited Krispy Kreme for the first time in years. I had four, two melt in your mouth glazed and two delicious cookie doughs. Stopped there on the way from my appointment with my dietician.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I have Never had a good experience at this Krispy Kreme!! Besides being unfriendly, they never seem to have the "special" donuts in stock, regardless of time of day, and whatever they do have is always dry, lacking in filling, and tastes at least a day old, definitely not fresh! I've given them a chance 3 or 4 different times, but no more! I'd rather have Dunkin Donuts than this low quality stuff, or go the extra distance to Owings Mills location. The Krispy Kreme brand would be appalled if they knew about this particular franchise.
27 minutes in the drive thru behind 2 cars to get the wrong donuts that weren't hot. Door by the drive thru was locked so had to walk around the building while it's snowing and not so much as an apology. just "what we're you supposed to get". Needless to say ppissed is an understatement
It's disorganized if you go inside, the staff is slow, they are trying thier best but seem lost and confused so it can take awhile. It just seems like they need better training. As for the doughnuts, I've had good doughnuts from here and on other trips not so good, so it's a mixed bag. I'd hesitate to go again.
It's sad. I used to love Krispy Kreme. but now it seems every time I go there the sign that says "HOT Donuts" is always lit. But low and behold, never any hot donuts. Turn the darn sign off if your not actually serving them fresh/hot.False advertisingAnd yeah I know its donuts but cmon.
