The customer service I experienced was atrocious here. I went on my break to have lunch here. I walk in and the two gentlemen at the front are taking over the phone orders and ignoring me. Another Indian family comes in and the person stops taking the phone order and proceeds to help them and The family looks and asks if I have been assisted and I say No. The guy rolls his eyes and says “uhh, sure sure how can I help you”? He has a attitude while taking my order. Looking back I should have never gave them my money. I came back after 25 min just to see exactly how much longer because he said 35 min. I walk back in and he says another 17 min I just put the food in 12 min ago. Mind you I’m still on my break. So I wait in the store for another 17 min and I ask another person about the food and it’s literally already sitting there for me to pick up. I said this order had been sitting in here since I walked back in. I waited 17 min just for my food to sit there and get cold because the first gentleman I guess forgot he brought my order out already. Needless to say I will never be eating here again. You shouldn’t just treat your Indian customers with respect and then treat everyone else like they are not giving you the same money. It’s really sad to see in 2022

The food here has good flavor and an amazing level of spice. The place is okay for cleanliness. My lamb chops were pretty charred definitely overcooked. The chicken was very good and quite spicy. I would definitely order ahead, they will probably get something wrong about your order though.

Nasty and dirty place. The windows are mucky from having not been washed in forever. Seats are torn apart and food is served cold. Never eating here again. It used to be good but no longer.

My favorite dish on menu is number 2. It is a combo tray: rice, chicken, salad, and naan bread. My orders are walk-in. On average, my food is ready in 25 minutes. Staff is great.

This is a decent place if you need some quick food for yourself or sudden guests that arrives with a short notice. Not a perfect place though but I often order from this local restaurant because they tend to always rectify their mistakes with my orders. Most of their foods are tasty and they do time to time try to introduce new dishes and their own branded drinks like lassi, jal-jeera etc. In my opinion it is always best to call and order before you just show up, as the wait time is most of the time over 30 minutes. Always make sure you got what you have ordered before you leave the place as mistakes can be made on both end.

My husband and I order from here often and it’s always great! We’ve tried lots of Indian in the area and this is our fave!

great place to pick up indian food. our favs are bihari kabob, sheekh kabob, and all biriyanis. they adjusted the spice level exactly how I had asked for. giving a 4 star due to the fried rice that I ordered last time - was not so good compared to the rest. My boys love the appetizers too. highly recommend.

The food is very delecious and I highly recommend it. I can say that because i tried couple of dishes. However bryani rice always tells if the food is authentic or not. The amount of spices used and the overal taste without any additional side or even the meat that comes with the rice is just perfect. I like that the menue in the wall is full with picture rather than picking somethimg based on written description only. The only negative feedback is for the amount of unhealthy oil used in cooking is too much.

It's banging - so delicious! One of my favorite restaurants. Great customer service. I get the chicken tandoori and it's perfect every time.

We ordered several times Nan and karahi from Kabab hut but they never cook in proper way. Zero customer service experience and I’ll never order it again. Kindly suggestion to everyone to not waste your money here and time thanks ?
