All you can eat style. We found paper (looks like paper receipts) in three of the broths. Waiter very quickly got us new pots and gave us a 10% discount for it. But it took a long time to take the broth to boil again. Didn't start off on a good note. Was disappointing. The meat was of very good quality, the beef especially. Orange dessert mousse wasn't very good. But the pink one was great.
All you can eat (AYCE) hotpot buffet with 90 minutes limitation.Price: $31.99/person, extra hour is $16.99/personReservations are recommended if you don’t want to wait.Meat and seafood are fresh. Lots of options to choose from. Disappointed. We went to eat hot pot yesterday and it was the worst experience ever1. I don’t eat pork. I know most of their broth is pork and chicken based so I asked the waitress if I can have mushrooms broth with the spicy sauce they put in their spicy broth. (everywhere I go to they’d do that for me and made sure no pork). The waitress told me it has pork in their spicy pot but I was asking her if I can have the sauce, she keeps telling me it has pork and I can just add spicy from the sauce bar (It taste different) So I told her last time (every time) when I came here I ordered mushroom based with spicy sauce in it (also mentioned that I don’t eat pork). She was laughing and padding my back and said”oh I’m sorry” twice. I ordered mushroom soup eventually, telling myself this will be my last time coming here.2. Pressed the call bottom twice we wanted to order coke, nobody came until this nice waiter asked us if we need more soup or water. We told him if we can order two cokes from him he said “of course” and ordered it for us. The one extra star is for him and I wish the tip we left goes to him.3. A lady came to us with our check when we’re eating (actually we’re almost done) . She said “ the end of your one and a half hours is ending in 10 minutes, you can pay up front thank you” and gesture towards the door. First of, I thought it’s a 2 hours limit. The table next to us came before us and was still there when the lady gave us the check.I used to work at a hotpot restaurant so I know the struggle when it’s busy. But that doesn’t mean bad customer service.
A cool concept and pretty good food. I wasn’t too fond of my broth choice, but still wasnt bad. All you can eat type of thing and some drinks. No liquor license so bring your own stuff.Disclaimer!!*Not Covid friendly, seating is very close to each other even from other Tables*
it was absolutely amazing. the food and staff were wonderful
I really enjoyed the food here and the staff was nice and helpful. I was confused at first that I wasn't in the right place because it looks like a food court in a mall, but don't worry, the restaurant is in the back. It's definitely a must try place. Good eatin' everyone ???
Get your people together and go for the experience and the amazing food. It’s so beautiful and fresh. Something for every stomach: hot & spicy, mild, cheesy and in between.First you pick your soup base. Hard to do because there are so many good choices. I loved the tom yum. Then you go to the buffet and select all kinds of wonderful things to add to your soup. Veggies, seafood, chicken, beef, dumplings, tofu, fish ball, and the exotics like frog legs, chicken feet. You drop them in you soup and in minutes back at your table you have the MOST delicious fare. You can keep going back for 2’hours. It’s worth every penny and it’s fun!!!
I came to Hot Pot King for the second time now. I like it because it was different the other places. I tried TomYum soup and it’s good and the servers there are friendly specially exactly Vivi who was serving us. i will definitely come back.
On Christmas Day 2021 with original plans scrapped, I decided to take a joy ride. I ended up stopping for dinner here-Hot Pot King Asian restaurant.WOW! What a unique dining experience I had! I had a HOT POT of spicy broth, which I cooked my selected meat and seafood in-all you can eat for $32 and well worth it! I had a leisurely afternoon supper here and ate plenty too. I will definitely visit this neat place again one day soon!Mr. T.J. Murray---Mechanicsburg PA
First time visit to Hot Pot king . Wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Ordered all you can eat soups, with all the ingredients my heart desired. Requested tomyum soup base, with meats, veggies, and healthy list or provided spices and sauces. The food was good however the seafood wasn’t fresh . . Definitely a great spot for first timers, and foodies. Call ahead, may require a reservation on some days.
