The Best place for drinks, food and fun times. Everything I've ever had to eat is delicious here. And Kim is the best tending the bar area , she is so attentive and has a great personality. My favorite go to place in Catonsville.♥️??????
Passed by GL Shack a bunch of times since moving to Catonsville in 2020. Finally decided to get some takeout after 2 years of living down the street from them. Don't know why I waited so long. Their food is amazing! (My boyfriend got their shrimp sandwich with old bay chips and I got the shack burger with fries) Even got drinks while waiting for our takeout order and they were good as well. The vibe of the place felt very homey and laid-back which was a big plus too. Definitely will be coming back ?

G.L. Shacks Grill is an American restaurant and sports bar. They share a parking lot with a law office. When we entered, we were told that we could sit anywhere we'd like.For drinks, we had a Coca Cola and Arnold Palmer. The Arnold Palmer is made with unsweetened tea.The appetizer came quick but there was a long wait for the salad, sandwich, and burger. Our server Stephen gave us an appetizer without napkins, silverware, and plates. My boyfriend and I devoured the Mozzarella Moons, which consisted of crispy, herb crusted, and parmesan dusted mozzarella crescents served with a chunky tomato marinara dipping sauce.The rest of our food came 30 minutes later. They messed up my boyfriend's Classic Shack Burger with a few modifications. He asked to add bacon and remove tomato and cheese. The burger that he received consisted of chargrilled black angus beef patty, bacon, shredded lettuce and tomato on toasted brioche bun. He wanted the burger to be cooked to medium but it came dry and extremely well done. He asked for no tomatoes but he got it anyways. The tomato and bacon were overdone too. He asked for Old Bay kettle chips but received fries instead.I enjoyed The Reuben but not a fan of the Classic Caesar Salad. The Reuben consisted of Guinness brined corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing dressing, and swiss cheese on a grilled toasted marble rye bread. The Classic Caesar Salad consistes of chopped romaine lettuce hearts and garlic croutons tossed in a creamy garlic parmesan Caesar dressing. It was way too garlicky.
The fried mozzarella was perfect but ordered a medium hamburger and received a grey overcooked hamburger. They did offer to make another for me but the first impression is everything.

Today was my husbands birthday and this was our 1st time here. The food was amazing the owner came out and spoke to us. They even sang happy birthday and allowed us to have our own outside cupcakes.Today was $3.00 off burgers ??. My budget was enough
