Great service via drive up window. Very quick and friendly service. Order was reliably tasty: bacon egg and cheese on a toasted bagel and a large coffee.

love my dunkin, but of the 4 shops in a two-mile radius, three consistently screw up orders: Forman mills (the absoluteworst), the one by lotte plaza, and the one next to the (strangely-named) Dutch Foods by Security Mall. the one just before 695 off of 40 by Navy Federal is the best tasting and most consistent, and also the most expensive. I have reached out to dunkin corporate about multiple messed up orders and they refer the issue to the individual stores, of course I heard from not one. time to switch to Starbucks?
Hard to communicate through speaker in drive thru. I had to keep repeating my order.
The person made me repeat my order multiple times and at the received the wrong one, coffee was yak. Last time I will ever go there.
My order was fine, but found this fly wing that just came out from under my cup; either they used it to crush a fly or left the cup in unsanitary conditions.
I said less on my orders all the time. This is what I get from this location every time. How is half the cup less ice.
