Food ✔Cleanliness ✔Customer service isn't great. When my food was ready one of the employees laid it down in front of me instead of handing it directly to me. I would prefer limiting the amount of surfaces my bag touches because of germs. He seemed a bit upset, rude, and annoyed. ?
Horrible. Wouldnt wait 5 seconds for my mobile order payment to go through. Literally took 10 seconds and they told me to go to the back of the line.
Everytime I order an iced coffee they use granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar... it doesn't dissolve and just sits at the bottom of the cup which means the coffee is bitter at the top and pure sugar at the bottom. I know people who worked at dunkin and they have confirmed granulated sugar is for hot drinks only.
Ordered at the drive thru speaker, and as we were pulling up in the line, this silver car cut in front of us. He was socializing with the cashier, and taking forever. When we pulled up to the window, and asked who it was, the lady said it was the store manager. We told her that we were very displeased, and that he shouldn't have done that. The store manager! What type of manager is so entitled that he thinks he can cut off his drive thru customers? Never going back again.
This Dunkin shorted me 9 cents . The total was 8.99 she gave me back 8.90 after I offered her a quarter and she said no. The manager then preceded to get a attitude grab there tip jar and give me a dime like I was wrong. Very rude. Very poor custumer service.
Coffee is always great. I had a miscommunication with the staff today and the manager was very nice and very patient with me even though I was acting annoyed. 5/5 excellent service.
They are quick, but why are they one of the only restaurants that CHARGE MORE money and give less? I ordered the same Med Coffee, Bagel toasted with butter, egg and bacon. On Frederick Ave I was charged $6.98 b4 tax and given 3 strips of bacon, plus they charged $.50 for butter. I was charged $7.?? on Baltimore Nat'l for 2 strips of bacon. I was in Silver Spring. They did not charge for butter and gave 3 strips of bacon and charged $6.28 b4 taxes. They are the ONLY restaurant of the three that gives 2 strips of bacon and charge MORE. I also noticed that the bagel was a little smaller at Silver Spring, but much more tastier and fresh WHY the difference?
I don't like how every time I visit this dunkin doughnuts they rush me to order there's two young females at the window and is never patient enough to let me check out the menu this happens every time and then they say come to the window like can you be patient for once ? ? otherwise I like the location and the doughnuts are always fresh.
The lady at the drive thru tried to give me a drink I didn't order and when I corrected her, she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the drink in the trash.
Bagels are rock solid!
