Beware this Chick-fil-A location has no customer service, or respect for their customer, especially Manager Tiara. You cannot give me my food because you asked for my name and phone to identify that the food is mine, knowing fully well that I was at the right space #12 but you can give me a receipt for a refund for the same food you claimed was not mine. I wanted to talk and you said I was interrupting you. I walked back to the store to get the refund receipt and I was called an "African" by your staff to take it easy because I responded to you in the same manner were where talking to me.

I am a loyal customer of this food franchise, today 04/16/2022 I placed an order on the curside app, I received an erroneous order from another customer, I called the store to find a solution, the response I received is the most absurd that I have heard . I realized that it was not my order until I called home and the person who attended me said that the restaurant's policy is that I have to take the food to the restaurant so that they can exchange it for the correct one. I live 15 minutes from the restaurant, I have to go to the place again because of a mistake they made, but my biggest question is how hygienic is it that they receive food returns more in times of cov-19 and sell that food to other customers? if to think about what had to happen in the course that that food left the restaurant, it also does not seem to me a correct treatment towards a client

HORRIBLE experience. Used doordash to order food, the bag inside was not only torn but drenched. Not ONLY were the fries SEVERELY undercooked but containers were only filled half way. Lastly, when I bit into my sandwich I had the unpleasant surprise of a piece of light brown hair. My hair is red. Overall, just an unsatisfactory experience. Tried calling the restaurant during their hours and was told to leave a message all four times because they were unavailable even though I called during the hours of operation.

I feel they should have some dining inside now. Now it's only mobile and drive through. Last time we are outside the tables were not clean , I feel they attend more to drive through orders. My food was cold. But they did fix the problem. Plz know your restaurant has always been great , but my last visit was just ok. The staff is always professional!!!!! I appreciate that.

Fast curbside delivery has been consistent even when there's a long drive through line. This location deserves a large lot to themselves. But this visit I was missing a medium waffle fries; which is not typical. But the meal did what it was to do?

This is by far the worst chick fil a I’ve been to. The line was too long, we have been waiting in line for 30+ minutes, when we went to the drive through mic to order our food, there wasn’t anyone there. There was only one worker that was going from car to car to take others orders, and the wait time is too long.

Food is good and service was speedy but obviously you guys don't wear hair nets because when I got home my kids nuggets were coiled with red hair so the ratings a 1 for me

I can’t count how many times I have come to this branch. As an all time customer I am sad to say service keeps getting worse with time. Hope corporate can do something about it. Food is always great, cleanliness of the facility is great, order handling is great. The environment however, staff is lacking the popular “my pleasure” phrase, customer service overall needs to improve.

I don’t think I need to write a big review on Chick-fil-A. It’s the best chicken sandwich with a one of a kind sauce. One of the first things that I tried after moving to the US and it was love at first bite.I always get the spicy chicken deluxe with fries and a milkshake. The thing that sets Chick-fil-A apart from other fast food chains is their consistency, no matter which Chick-fil-A you go to, the taste is always amazing. Hence whenever I’m travelling and I am in doubt , I always opt for Chick-fil-A

I usually don’t leave reviews at Chick Fil A because all of them go above and beyond, but I just had to for this place.First they only gave me 3 sauces, when I had ordered 4. Then they don’t give me a straw for my sweet tea, and then they didn’t fill my sweet tea all the way up. It was only about 3/4 of the way full.The one lady was super nice though, I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice when I asked for more sauce.Chick Fil A never disappoints, and for that reason the bar is set high for them, however, I think tonight they missed the mark.
