It would've been a higher rating but I had a long blond strand of hair in my food.No one in the back had on hair nets. Once I realized I was totally up for getting my money back and leaving. The nice young cashier emphasized with me and talked me into allowing her to make my food over. She didn't disappoint. It came back hot and hair free
terrible drive thru....I've noticed how fast food workers seem....annoyed & short tempered nowadays. they do what they want. you ask for extra onions...you get NO onion or ½ a whole onion. ask for no cheese....you get 2 slices of cheese. problem is...there isn't another BK anywhere near by so your stuck with this one. Also....the drive-thru is a trap. once you're in it you MUST GO THRU THE WHOLE THING....no way to leave. don't go unless you really must have a whopper Jr. And even then it's not worth it. Matter of fact I started this post with 3 stars...but im removing 2.
I usually like Burger King, but not this time. Their new Whopper melt was tiny and very disappointing. The sandwich it self was about half the size of a regular whopper and was poorly put together. If it has the word "whopper" in the name, I would expect the sandwich to be around the size and price of a regular whopper. It was not near worth the money I spent. Because of this it may be a very long time before I go back to BK until they make their products to their advertisement s more realistic to expectations.
I order the burgers. There were not well cooked. The meat was red when I bite into it.I will never go to this store again.
I had to place a last minute order at your location on 3/31/22. I am a Show Runner for major productions in Maryland. The national artist asked for 35 burgers. 6 different types. It was 15 minutes before closing. Your team did not flinch. The manager(I regret I forgot his name) was on point. He helped me make sense of my order. The food came out hot and fresh. They were one of the best restaurant teams I have ever encountered in my 35 years of working productions in the Maryland, DC and Virginia areas. What was so great about them? Many times restaurants will not take large orders no matter how early we give them a heads up. Many restaurants have closing times posted but really they do not want take orders an hour before they close. We pay cash for all orders. The push back we receive from restaurants when we place orders amazes me. In this day and time when people are making hard choices on how to spend their money your team choose professionalism. Our event center will be choosing BK for future meals. Thank you for provided great employees that make your customers feel welcomed! Take care, Airuel Singletary
If I could leave zero stars I would! I ordered via the drive through. Someone came to the window and repeated my order to me and it was incorrect. I gave it to him again and he asked me to pull over to wait, which I did. When I got home the order was still wrong. Normally I would shrug it off, but this has happened several times. I called the store when I got home and asked for the manager on duty. After holding a few minutes someone picked up and hung up. I called back several times and either no one ever answered or they picked up and hung up. This happened repeatedly. It's not the mistake that caused me to leave this review, it's how it was handled. After many attemps someone finally answered and put the manager on the phone. I explained what happened and he just said, "sorry'. I recognize leaving a review for a fast food joint is pointless because no one checks these, but maybe the franchise owner or someone from the corporate office will see this. We won't be back.
From one customer service worker to another, this place has their system on lock. I was helped by one person who was manning the whole entire drive thru on her own and was churning out orders like it was... Well, i guess it is her job, huh! That is to say, she was professional, quick, and friendly. I know from experience it's not easy to stay calm when you're the only person on a register during a rush. So whoever you are, person working the drive thru register at around 2:45ish on 3/3/22: you're an absolute ACE and a rockstar. Keep it up!My only complaints would come down to things that really can't be helped or are entirely out of the company's control: staff shortages, stock shortages, parking lot issues, and getting too large of a drink for what i ordered (not that i minded, of course!). So for what it's worth, y'all are doing great, given the chaos these days!
Standard Burger King located in Ellicott City. Prompt and fast drive through and dine in service. Staff seems to be on top of their gain and always deliver fast and courteous service.
Staff friendly. And food was fresh!! Nice meal for only 5 bucks.
I was in the mood for something different and quick and I stopped at this Burger King on Baltimore national pike and this was the best decision I've made in two days, my food was delicious, delicious delicious. Now I'm going to play a lottery ticket, thank you staff
