Hospitable and happy staff

April is the general manager and it is obvious she is NOT concerned with customers or employees. When she came to greet us she NEVER looked up and sort of barked "how many? Name? Be about 10-15 min" then walked off. We waited OVER AN HOUR to receive our breakfast and she tried to blame the servers. April is more concerned with online orders. During that hour we waited for our food we saw OVER 20 bags leave. We also saw four parties leave the restaurant while we waited. Our server, Kara, was so gracious, professional and apologized all throughout this fairly bad situation, all while handling the entire restaurant of tables by herself!April, don't worry. If you don't like the clientele or employees of this area, you don't have to worry about this family. We won't be back unless under new management.

This is a very good restaurant.. I had the three meat and cheese omelet quiche was delicious! Three egg omelet was fluffy and stuffed with Bob Evans sausage, bacon, and ham, and cheddar cheese.Service was friendly. The store was very clean. The only downsides... no senior điscounts and access to the entrance requires you to walk to the far corners of the building to get to one of two ramps. To the front...a little awkward IMHO.

Bob Evan's is always a good choice. Our server was pleasant and the food came out quickly. I tried the French toast and it was just ok. The pancakes were better. I've got to try the waffles next time we go there. They have a lunch and dinner menu but I've never had anything but breakfast there.

Food, prices & service was very good. I like when a server bring everything that I need, instead of showing up every 10-20 minutes asking if I'm alright. Can't remember her name, but I did tell the manager how good the service was.

Bob Evans is a really nicely place to eat. The food is always delicious and hot. The only downfall is the staffing. Sometimes waiting is longer than necessary because they may be understaffed.

my family and i went there for brunch January 30. There was 15 of us. Bob Evans on route 40 in catonsville was very welcoming…. The food was excellent and the service was above excellent. Dani/ Or Darnetta was above and beyond with her service. with such a large group every order was correct and she was on top of everything…. food was so good and fresh.

Tasty but just a little too salty. Rolls were super yummy. Stuffing a little dry but gravy solved that.

The entire order was ok but my omelette was nasty as hell for some reason: as soon as I took the first bite, I almost puked. I’ve gone to a fair amount of breakfast places but this is the first time omelette looked appealing but tasted very bad. Other two dishes were great, in fact I’ll just get BLT sandwich next time
