So not happy with the service, this was one of my favorite places to order food NOT anymore. Last two times I order was a fiasco the first time food was late and cold, the second time they didn’t bring my complete order I call and they were going to bring the left of my order in 15 minutes took them an hour. Not a happy customer.
Wings barely had any meat and they were so dry.The sides were 5 little onion rings and 5 little Mac n cheese bites that tasted freezer burnt.Just unbelievable and food quality unacceptable
The Point: This place is pretty much a hit or miss, and for me it was a total miss.The Explanation: I went to this place after craving some wings and it was the closest place nearby. When I placed my order, which was 10 wings, The total came up to $15, no fries. Fries are an extra $3. I thought this was a bit pricey, but I come from Georgia where things are cheaper and I also assumed that these must be high-quality wings &that’s why they’re being sold so expensive. But I was wrong. These wings were not high-quality because every wing was purple on the inside. I got lemon pepper and Thai sweet heat. The Thai sweet heat sauce was wonderful, but the chicken itself took away from it because it was purple. And i don’t think that’s normal. Is it? The lemon pepper wings were too salty for me so I’m not going to lie I was very disappointed. I ate them, picking away the questionable parts, and felt like i hate half of each wing. Call it greedy, but i Just didn’t want to throw my entire $15 down the drain.Oh yea, one of the wings had a feather still attached ?
Ordered through Doordash for some late night wings. Absolutely miserable experience. Wings were delivered completely naked with the sauces in little containers rather than tossed like every other wing joint. Our fries were completely missing from the order. Only saving grace was that the funnel cake fries actually arrived. I expected better but unfortunately they failed to meet those expectations. Won't be ordering here again and will warn others from doing so as well.
Always a pleasure coming to Wing Zone. They have a delicious variety of flavors to choose from and trust me, you won't be disappointed. The wedge fries and wings are cooked to excellent quality and definitely have that unique flavor that separates this restaurant from your average wing place.
I ordered through Uber eats. It was Friday and I wanted to stay home and relax. It is just disappointing to get an order of wings without the sauce you requested with the order. Poor attention to detail, and I you are like me, not having the sauce ruined the order. In addition, the chicken was spice-less, no flavor. Don't waste your money. I will definitely try a different place next time.
Its only wings.But it takes so long..They need more help on the weekends because people order wings doing the sports games which are on the weekends....suggestions!!!!!!! Wings should be pre-cooked and than dipped in the sauce of choice. That way you won't have to wait so long and workers don't spend lots of time with one order.Keep orders moving so company can make more money and customers are still satisfied......
I've had my fair share of orders gone wrong to totally questionable. My last horrible order the Manger tried to make it right after our heated exchange. If you can always check your food before leaving. You could end up with something totally different or food that's not even on the menu :/
I would put 0 stars here if I could. This used to be my favorite place to get wings. Over the years the quality has decreased and I had a MAJOR issue today that can’t be explained. I called right when they opened and was told to wait half an hour while they fixed an issue in the kitchen. Then when I called back the MANAGER told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and they couldn’t do anything for me. That they didn’t even care about my patronage.
The wings aren't that great and they didn't give me the 20 wings I ordered. Only received 18
