Drive thru experience only. One of the slowest lines I’ve ever had to experience. If that wasn’t enough, the employee simply don’t want to be there and it shows in their demeanor and lack of expression and urgency. Better off going next door to the McDonalds immediately next door, least the line moves as expected.
Went for lunch. First it was freezing in the restaurant. The help were all wearing sweat shirts. Then we ordered the food and the employee put it in wrong. Waited so long for the order that even the manager questioned what the problem was. Then we got the order and both sandwiches were prepared wrong. Had to wait again and they even charged us more money for the cheese. Never got an apology. Not going back.

The manager at this Wendy's in Bowie Maryland in the DMV area. He was the kindest gentleman ever atentative and very respectful. He got my order correct he double checked my order and my fries were piping hot love it. I love Wendy's? . I would love to do a promo for Dave's daughter self titled restaurant. Good luck ?? Wendy's.
We were inside the restaurant waiting in line for 20 minutes. After placing the order we and all the others had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the food. I gave two stars because the food we received was hot and well prepared.
Sooo slow. It takes about ten minutes for ten guys to make one order. I could have ordered Uber Eats and had it from the time I got in line to when I was handed my food. Save your time drive past this place. And they also handed me the wrong order. I dug through the bags touching everything, called him over and handed it back…then I watched them hand it right to the car behind me. After I had it in my car. Gross
The food was good, it's Wendy's. Set up was not well designated so people were milling about, unsure where a line started. Cleanliness was not apparent. One booth had a soda spilled on the bench seat and puddled on the floor. The ladies had a need for cleaning and restocking.
Food is always fresh & fries are hot a must. Service is great but often crowded longer wait tome lobby & drive through windows.Short of staff.
Slow as molasses here. Actually molasses would be an improvement on the coffee I ordered. Old and cold. Not good.Restroom is clean and the access is pretty quick from the highway. Please just improve the training and behavioral behind counter and customers will appreciate it.
It was an average Wendy's but every promition tbat is offered on TV is not always honored by this location. The store is clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful. The older i get the more important cleanliness, service, and competence are as compared to price.
