From our time in the door UB was excellent. He checked on us constantly very friendly and professional. He gets 6 stars. Food came out fast. Shrimp were barely warm he took care of that quickly. If ever here again I'm trying to be in his section.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Just leaving the restaurant and did not eat a thing. I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the host station only to be seated and wait another 15min for a waiter/waitress. They never came. Our family walked out and no one ever noticed! So sad because my last experience was a good one. I guess when management changes so does the service.
Horrible. The waitress seemed nice at 1st. Then, crashed and burned. Our appetizers came after our entrees. We asked her once to take them back so they don't get cold. She never checked on us again. She kept walking past us, ignoring us like we weren't there. We finally flagged her down, and she said she'd get her manager. He came over and took the entrees to the back, and apologized. A little while later, he brought them back. Yup... the same ones. And they were still wrong. He reluctantly told us we didn't have to pay. He tried, I guess, but the initial waitress was terrible. We only asked 1 question and she couldn't handle it. Then proceeded to make it worse. Sit at the bar.
Feel kinda bad posting this since the restaurant industry is struggling, but our experience wasn't great tonight. The first table we were seated at had a bunch of little ants on it, so we moved and let our server know about the ants. The second table was a bit sticky and so much so in one place that one of the paper menus was completely stuck to it. We didn't notice anyone come to wipe down the original table with the ants. The men's room had no paper towels. My food was a few or several minutes after the other three in my party. The only good thing was the food - which was really good. But otherwise, the experience felt gross.
Fridays has gone down from what it used to be. The music is not up to standard for a mixed group of people. All they had on was rap music. The food was better than the atmosphere. The bar section was interesting. We enjoyed it.
The absolute worst TGI Friday experience... Well, unless you're looking for a club that happens to serve food!I came in on a Thursday night with the family; music was so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves talk.My food was served 20 minutes behind everyone else at my table...The spinach dip was ice cold in the middle. We couldn't even get any eating utensils! We never got an apology... as a matter of fact, when I sent the spinach dip back for being cold, they CHARGED me for it!!!
Man, let me tell you. Don't go to this place. Floor sticky place smelly food looking like a TV dinner. Who ever owns this chain doesn't care at all. Employee in there passing a big jug of alcohol around to other employees taking a shot. The hostess looked like she had a fight on shift ( had a black eye). Overall, I just came here to see it. I lived close by so I said why not. Won't be coming to this area again.
Let me preface this by saying the place was not busy at all. It was a Wednesday night, just before 8:00pm.10 minutes waiting to be seated where nobody was at the host stand.Another 15 minutes or longer before we saw a server.Another 20 minutes before our drinks were ready.I had ordered a Jameson with a ginger ale on the side, my date got a dirty martini. The server brought by my ginger ale after about 10 minutes of waiting. And then 10 minutes later brought by the Jameson and her martini. She made faces the entire time drinking and said it was probably the worst dirty martini she'd ever had. That might be on her though, she didn't specify a brand and probably just got rail vodka lol.We ordered a sampler app, the sesame chicken was dry and mostly breading. Fried shrimp and ribs were pretty solid, though. That's the only reason this review is getting two stars. The meat basically fell off the bones, and there wasn't any gristle, really.I ordered the chicken parm, it lacked flavor and I ate *Maybe* a third of what they brought before giving up. My date ordered roast chicken and mashed potatoes and picked at it a little bit before pushing it aside. The server was pleasant, but absent-minded. Kept needing to come back to check details.Appetizer, 2 dinners, & 4 drinks...$84. Plus another 20 for the tip.Would not recommend.
Between this TGI Fridays and the one in Annapolis - both are bad....I wonder how far do you have to go to find a decent TGI Fridays. The service was lackluster. I ordered to go and waited patiently for my order. Looked ok upon checking. When I got home, it was not cooked correctly and definitely hadn't been sizzling. I won't get into specifics but I will not return to this location or the one in Annapolis.
Maannnn between waiting on someone to come to us and getting up and ordering our own drinks. Bartender was on point, but to watch what looked like ALL.the workers sit in the bar area and then a man (I assume was manager) hate to say, I believe I heard an accent from him. Nevertheless, a dinner that could have been about an hour was almost three because of the wait staff...when we were leaving the girl asked us to move so she could grab her tip. I could have elbowed her in the jaw. Show's where the importance is with the staff. I'll never go back and I wish I wasn't a tipper cuz I was so turned off by her actions I almost pulled the check and left her a dollar. TRAIN YO STAFF MANAGER. CORPORATE. SOMEONE...
