Negative stars should be allowed!!!!! This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve utilized!!!! I can only imagine how they keep the kitchen based off of the bathroom. Waited 30 mins for a table. My drink sat at the bar for about 25 mins before it was brought to my table. Food was over cooked. Pics were after someone was supposed to have “cleaned it”.

#1 The hot bread and cinnamon butter is awesome! The ribs are fall off the bone. Any cut of steak cooked yo your liking. On top of that, Great Service!!
I took guests with children as a thank you to dinner. The service was deplorable. It took an extremely long time to get drinks. I ordered a beer which didn’t arrive until well after the other drinks. We timed how long it would take to get the appetizer and stopped the timer after 20 minutes just after my beer arrived. The children were asking when they would get their food. Finally we were served. The food was good once we got it but the service took away from our experience. I was very disappointed. 3 stars at the most.
The food, service and prices are great. However, there have been several times when we didn't get our complete order. Last night one of our steaks wasn't smothered with onions and mushrooms and I did not get my mashed potatoes with gravy or butter for my baked potato. It's like a whole bag of side items was missing. We treated a friend to dinner and it was very disappointing that she didn't get what she wanted. You must do better!

Solid 4 for me, 3.5 for my guestAtmosphere was goodService was attentiveMy food (appetizer, steak, rice) and drink was goodMy guest food (salmon, mash potatoes, fried pickles) was ok and the margarita tasted not good, like koolaid, too sweet. The salmon was a bit dry like it sat while my steak cooked.Next time probably ask for like a bourbon or jack Daniel's lite marinade foe the salmon if they have it.
The food was delicious and the portions are huge! You'll probably have enough left overs for a take out container. They charge extra (and a lot) if you want more than sour cream on your baked potato. If you care about birthday cake, they don't have it, but they do have their waitresses chant a Birthday song to you and encourage you to sit on a saddle on your birthday.
For the price, it's amazing the quality of food they put in front of you. The steaks have always been cooked exactly how I asked, and taste so savory. The rolls, butter, appetizers, drinks, and sides have all been great too! The portions are very large, so maybe skip the appetizer or skip dessert. Between rolls, steak, and two sides, that's more than enough and usually ends up with a box to take home. Price is stellar!
Started on the right track with my family. Were seated after selecting steak from front display case. Bread was on point as usual, but waitress failed to bring us more or refill our drinks. Had to remind them twice that a side order wasn't received. I've been there many times in the past, but waitstaff seemed pretty inattentive. Steaks were cooked to perfection and we took home all leftovers. A little disappointed we didn't receive any bread to take home. Tip to waitstaff - listen to our concerns and don't be in such a rush to leave our table.
Very pleased with service and food. Waitresses were friendly and prompt. Food was delicious and hot. No tbone steak was a surprise. Grilled shrimp was excellent. Hot rolls were excellent. No issues with greeter. Everyone was treated the same. Excellent management.
We went there today. Ordered the BBQ chicken breast with buttered corn and loaded bake potato. It was DELICIOUS. The chicken was so juicy and tasty. My husband ordered the steak and another winner. Kids ordered burgers and again…all delicious. Anthony, our server, was super attentive and nice. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by the young lady who sat us. WE WILL definitely be coming back.
