Always super clean and consistent. It's been a model franchise everytime I've gone with great service.
This particular Taco Bell in Bowie... is nice. Their food is "consistently" good. "Sometimes".. they run alittle slow in terms of customer service. But that is generally becuz the demand is high. [ good food causes that ] go figure. Lol...
I was very disappointed with my order. When I decided to eat my Taco Mexican Pizza, they didn't prepare it the way I asked. I wanted chicken instead of the beef and they still put the beef on it. I asked for no tomatoes, because I'm allergic to them, half of the pizza still had it on there. I really would think before going to this one again.
I am new to the area. They're "Supposed" to close at 2:00 am I received no service. Yes I pulled up to the drive thru at 1:50am. I just knew that I would still have time to get food because it is supposed to be operated until 2:00am!
Great taco bell....maybe they got new manager because it seemed to be running great and very clean, food was great. Employees were all in good mood, that a good sign
This location is clean, staff professional, managers eager to help. Food is always great! No difference from 3years ago or today. Still super nice.
Have eaten here many times due to my work route. Service has always been great and the food has always been of good quality.

I went to this location at 12:20 am last night… the lady on the register was texting the entire time. She gave me my order which was wrong. I told her and she asked me to pull up waited 15 min for no one to bring me my food so got back in the drive thru line to wait another 20 minutes and for me to get to the window and her not remember I needed my order corrected. She proceeds to text some more then finally asked the cook to remake my order. I didn’t leave Taco Bell until almost 1 am. Ridiculous and so unprofessional.
Ordered the Cinnabon delights once two days ago and once again today. Two days ago the entire bag smelled like chemicals and gas didn’t even give them a try it was so bad. Today it seemed fine but biting into one of them it tasted straight like chemicals and I immediately had to spit it out.
