Always clean, reasonably quick service considering how busy they can get, friendly staff, lots of clean and comfy seating options (indoor and out), great selection of merchandise (coffee beans, tumblers, etc)

I thought the place was small but it was a very friendly like atmosphere. A lot of customers knew each other so they were repeated customers. Employees was moving at a wonderful pace very helpful and understanding when ordering. I ordered two large mocha cookie crumble with extra cookie crumbles and dark caramel, they prepared it just rights no complaints.
Because when I order a blueberry oatmeal, I expect, blueberries. Instead, I’m attempting to enjoy a nut medley oatmeal. This is why I’d rather just go to the Starbucks that’s inside the Safeway.

SBX is always a consistent good experience for your caffeine and steady snack needs. This location has excellent staff and a speedy barista to blend your beverage before you can say “pink drink”. They run a good operation here. 5-stars

SB location that I like. Seems like things are more relaxed here than the other locations. Might be the employees that don't stress things.
Ordered a Cafe Latte with almond milk, they added caramel syrup which I didn’t ask for so I asked if they could remake the order. They did but what I got was a foul smelling, burnt tasting, grayish latte which is completely un-drinkable. The small Starbucks in Safeway right around the corner provides better quality coffee. Unsatisfied customer.
Starbucks always has excellent coffee.At this location it took 15 minutes for 4 basic drinks. There was one other person in the whole store and they had 4 people working. I used to be a barista so I know it shouldn’t take that long. Just no hustle.Also the bathrooms were not cleaned in days. You can tell when the area behind the toilet seat is dusty/dirty and there was urine all over the seat. Not what I was expecting in such a nice area. Also the staff was disingenuous and off putting. Kinda par for the course but if that’s the case I’d just put the tip jar away lol.Continued a week later.Perhaps I’ll start going back to dunkin.Plenty of employees only one working. The person taking my order seemed like they were in outer space. Got my order wrong and missed a drink that I had to wait on.Just terrible. It was 3 stars last week, now two. I’ll be back next week.
