The barista is as solo and killing it. She kept her area clean and took one order at a time. My drunk was absolutely perfect and I recommend anyone who needs Starbucks in the go to stop here. The wait was reasonable and the lovely lady was in such high spirits that I know I’ll be back!
They didn't have any strawberries for my no milk de-caf no foam a spritz of a low-sugar vanilla shot, with chocolate chips.
I think his name is Dave and he works the early morning shift and will normally get in around 6:00 a.m. I find his lack of professionalism truly appalling and his lack of customer service skills needs alot of work especially how he doesn't even greet anyone when they say "good morning,how are you today" he doesn't even acknowledge customers. STARBUCKS FIND A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE!!!!!!
The worst customer service I ever received in Starbucks! The employee was very short and rude. My husband and were engaged in small conversation while waiting for our order and she never told us it was ready. When asked why she didn’t tell us, she answered very nastily that she didn’t want to keep interrupting but she never did! SMH
2nd time I’ve come here and they say they don’t have no coffee and it’s around 5:30. And she said they stop selling coffee at 6 ? Smh that’s crazy.
They are always friendly, very clean environment! I was disappointed when I saw the remoldeding but you do what you gotta do!

Worst location. The "baristas" are rude and lazy. They get your orders wrong and then get an attitude with you. I'll never come here again.
The location is great being that I live in Fairwood and shop at Safeway frequently. The thing I do not like is how the barista that I have encounter make the most sloppiest drinks ever. They are rude and have not professionalism about them. They will walk away from the counter and not say they will be back, you walk up and no one is around with no sign up as to if they are closed or stepped away. I find this location to be the worst I have experience.
