It's disappointing how hit or miss the service is here, as their food is usually pretty great, just pricey.Online ordering works 50% of the time and they only answer their phone 10% of the time.. when online ordering works, I've had to wait up to 45 mins in the lobby, after the expected pick up time, for food to be ready.Service industry jobs are trash right now, which I totally understand.. but having to flag someone down to order or asking a random server for a drink refill sucks. I've only had decent service eating at the bar.. which isn't so bad as their TVs are decent. The staff is always friendly and not rude.. seems like the company needs to pay better and hire more staff so everyone isn't stressed out and so busy they end up hating their jobs. Either way I hope they figure it out as SB is one of the only decent food joints in sleepy Bowie.

The food is good. I had the pulled pork platter. It was ample. The prices are reasonable. The service was fine. And the fresh donuts are worth the trip to eat there. We're usually are too full for dessert, so we buy them to take home and enjoy later. Obviously they are best eaten warm, but they are still good later, still melt in your mouth. My son and grandsons enjoyed their meals too and left with a bag of the donuts, too..

We went to Smokey Bones to celebrate our grandmothers birthday and it was a wonderful experience! Our server, Aisha, was warm and friendly and provided excellent service. She went above and beyond in taking care of our large group of 9 people. The food was great and all came out nice and hot. Almost everyone at our table got ribs and everyone loved them! The food was also appropriately priced for how much you got, the portions were all great! Aisha was genuinely one of the best servers we've had and we hope that when we go back we'll get her as a server next time as well. Highly recommend!

Today I stopped at Smokey Bones. Aisha was amazing. From the time I sat down till I finished was nothing short of perfection. She knew the menu and even added a sauce for the brisket that was amazing. Very attentive to my every need. Highly recommend Aisha. It is rare to get such phenomenal service.

The food was delicious & Aisha was professional, accommodating & knowledgeable about the menu!!! Anytime you are in the area , request Aisha as your server!!! #fabulous?????

The server was excellent and the food was delicious ?

As the person who sets up luncheons for her company and looks for new food places, the 3 stars was all based solely on the food.Non-busy Sunday brunch at 2:00pm. Waited 5 minutes for the hostess to show up and state "oh $h!t there are people here" was clearly the start of our visit. Once seated to be greeted/acknowledged 15 minutes later only after grabbing the table cleaner to ask about our server. To them hear from a waitress tell someone if they've been sitting that long at least get their drink order and have that order taken by the gentleman who sat us. To then finally be attended by our server Adeyinka, at 2:30, who did not want to serve us (made even clear later). This server we watched WALK PAST US at least 10 times. She was polite but that is all I can give her. She did not show any skill of customer service. She asked if we were ready to order it entrees. We ordered an appetizer along with the food. The appetizer showed up 10 minutes before the food. The ENTIRE time we were there, she did NOT, all is if we were ok until we were almost finished eating. While waiting for our dessert, we watch another table get seated (with our server), greeted (with smiles and laughter) within 3 minutes. Sad to have to note this, but they were not POC. And this is what said it the most, because clearly she CAN exhibit customer service, just not to "Everyone".SIDE NOTE: while waiting for food, we had the pleasure of hearing a conversation from the WAITSTAFF, how they didn't wanna do work today. At this point, I have made the decision that I would not be recommending this place to anyone or company who wants actual CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did speak to the manager on duty Brian, who's only statement was "Sorry about that ma'am. I was stuck in the kitchen I didn't know what was going on. I'll talk to the staff about that." The blatant insulting way myself and my family was treated makes me wonder why are we still here at this time in the world.THE FOOD: The pulled pork, the brisket, and the sirloin steak was all cooked BEAUTIFULLY. The baked potato and loaded mash potatoes was to no ones liking. The loaded mash potatoes had more "loaded" than potatoes and was very oily at the bottom. The baked potato was too mushy. The bag of donuts was full of grease. Not edible at all to a lover of cinnamon donuts.

Went last Friday for drinks and the bartender courtnie made a trash can for me. She was patient and helpful because I wasn’t sure what to order. I tell you that was a strong delicious drink. It’s now one of my favorites. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bar was clean and the atmosphere was great!

Our server Daisha was awesome. She was nice and patient and helpful in decide and recommend what we should have to eat. Definitely will come back soon

Disappointing Overall I expected more from SmokeyBones. Only came here because there was a discount under my American Express Platinum card. Should have know that when I arrived and stopped in the bathroom that this was going to be a bad experience. The smell was horrible and there was a leak from one of the toilets. The second impression was sitting in the booth. The seat was ripped and cushion was missing so basically sitting on the wood frame. The food was average except for the sausage that came out rock hard. Asked for another one and it did not come out much better.
