I've been here so far twice and both times food has been AMAZING! Great customer service and food was hot and fresh! I'll be back again
Lots of different fried chicken choices as well as wings and wraps, but also they had chicken and waffles.
While the food is good, the service is not. My husband and I have been to this location at lease 10 times and each time the order is incorrect, something is missing or even told we cant place certain orders when we have in the past. Despite the taste of the food neither of us will be returning. $17 for a meal should also include good service.

Finally decided to give this place a try after passing by all the time and recommendations from friends. So glad I did! Service was excellent and the food was awesome. Will definitely be going back!
I gave Slim Chickens a second chance today and I'm glad I did. The food was hot and tasty. The hot fries are delicious. I also enjoyed the wings and tenders. The staff was friendly, fast, and responsive. The facility was nice and clean.My first experience ordering delivery didn't go so well. My food arrived cold and bland. Not to mention, there were missing items. The only thing I enjoyed was the layered chocolate pudding dessert. A quick call to the restaurant and the management resolved the problem immediately.My conclusion is that I am definitely eager to return and try more SC menu items. I will just have to drive there myself if I want to insure that my food is hot and fresh.
I wish I could give this place a higher rating because I like the food, but I can’t because of the service. The staff just can’t seem to get any orders right. I can only eat here if I am going to dine in the store because if I order through door dash, I always receive my food with things missing. It is really getting ridiculous. As I am writing this review, my chicken and waffles was dropped off without the chicken. When this place first opened up, the customer service was excellent! Managers used to come out and speak with guest and everything was perfect. Now when I come, there are a bunch of kids running the place and can’t seem to do anything right. I may have to just stop going here period.
The food is mediocre and the service is slow. They also cheat you on the sides.
Tiny chicken wings and inaccurate orders. The food we actually got was not bad but these wings are so pathetic its ridiculous.
So we had the pleasure of meeting Arthur the assistant manager and he was super helpful and really really nice. We ordered our meal online and something was not there and he was like no problem and was back in like 1 minute. The food here is fantastic the flavor is great and staff is very nice. Come check this new spot out definitely a new mainstay for us!
