My wife and I had a date night and we had an excellent experience. Waitress was very prompt and helpful in customizing our order. Salmon was tender and not overdone. Calamari appetizer was delicious and lightly breaded. Wine was priced lower than I have ever experienced at full service restaurants.

I hap Maryland Crab Soup and it’s delicious. Everyone else had the French Onion Soup and they said that it is delicious also. My Reuben sandwich was very good. We all enjoyed our food. It’s been a long time since we have eaten at Rip’s, but we’ll be back soon. Look forward to coming back to Rip’s again.

We’ve been coming here for years but unfortunately the exemplary service and food is no longer available. Brunch buffet is no longer offered and it’s understandable due to Covid. Waited 30 mins to be seated in an half occupied building. We were seated at 11:45 AM and was immediately told in an abrupt, aggressive manner by the hostess, “WERE NO LONGER SERVING LUNCH! WERE ONLY SERVING DINNER! HERE’S OUR MENU SPECIALS!” Hostess then proceeded to walk off. Menu was over priced for dinner items being served during the lunch hours. Server brought wrong drinks and debated with us that it’s what we ordered. Food took what seemed to be forever to reach us. It seemed as if we were forgotten about after our food was served. Rips used to be a great place to come but it now lacks a lot for the paying customer. Save your money. Go to a restaurant that won’t rob you of your money and of a good dining experience.

Rip's is an institution. We use to live in the area and occaisionally eat at Rip's It had been well over 20 years since we had last been there and it was awesome to see it was still in business. We went for breakfast and for old times sake dined in a booth (made to resemble a thoroughbred stall). Each of the booths is labeled after a famous Derby winners. The ambiance is wonderful, Molly, our server, was excellent and the breakfast was good. I had the chipped beef on toast and my wife had eggs and bacon with a biscuit. We enjoyed our breakfast and the touch of nostalgia. Don't know when we will be back in that area, but Rip's is certainly worth a visit.

My daughters, myself and grandchildren met there tonight to have dinner. I asked to be put somewhere where the infant twins could be placed in their carriers so no one would trip over them. They gave us the perfect seats. The food was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. Kathy, our waitress was absolutely wonderful!! She is an asset to the establishment.

Great service. Cocktails are good. Tuna sandwich was too sweet for my taste and only enough for a half of sandwich. French fries tasted like they were reheated. My husband liked the fish tacos (2).

I love this place. The food has always been super delicious. The staff is friendly and remembers us when we come. The CORN BREAD though!!! The service is quick without rushing. I just like coming here and I love their food.

Great crab cake sandwich with fries. Chili is wonderful. Staff is extremely nice. Highly recommend this restaurant. You won't regret it. They also have cherry Coke and ginger ale!

The waitress was friendly and it wasn't crowded when we went.

Good variety of food and enjoy sitting in the bar, good service nice area
