Everyone giving this place a 1-star review has their expectations set way too high for fast food. Relax, Karen! Yes this place is slow. Yes the workers aren't particularly friendly (you would be, too, if you were paid minimum wage). However, the food is so good that it's silly to act like the antics aren't worth it. I'll happily wait for that Italian sandwich again. 10/10.Side note: try the dream bar
I usually love potbelly sandwiches, and this use to be my favorite location, but sadly it’s slowly going down hill. I noticed mold/mildew around the hand washing sink area, the sandwich station was a mess, the young staff members were not being sanitary and talked over the food. One of the staff members only changed 1 of their gloves after working at the register, then went on to make food. I asked for a shake and none of the staff wanted to make it, so I had to wait well after my sandwich was done, when someone finally decided to do it…. I’m just disappointed because I love a good sandwich and I hope they will clean up, get new staff, and improve.
Lazy employees. They got my friends order wrong. And they never even put my sandwich in. There was only one other customer at the store at the time. Clearly they just don’t care
Went here last Friday while working on a next door tenant. It took 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich and there was absolutely no one in front of me. I decided to go back the following week to get it another shot. I walked in at about 2 pm in the afternoon and they told me the store was closed! Usually Potbelly is on point
The food is always so fresh and I appreciate not having to get out of the car to get my order. at my location they bring it out to your car.
Placed order online, got there earlier than expected however gave my name and they got it ready for me within a minute. It was great service. Also love the ability to order ahead.
I love the Avo turkey sandwich... they are made fresh. Than you for the curb side service as well!
The lady who prepared our milkshakes did not wear any gloves. While preparing our order, a crew came in (maybe from his break) with his soda & placed his cup inside the freezer with the store ice cream. So UNSANITARY. I waited for my order for about 20 minutes. There were 3 people behind me got their sandwiches first. Service was very slow.
First order, called in. The guy had trouble getting the name on the order right but persevered, and it was correctly spelt when I picked up the order.The store was neat, the staff worked efficiently but not robotically.Food is always good; the size of the regular Avo Turkey was a shocker; took Mom 4 days to eat it and I think there's still some left!And I was happy to see paper carryout menus. Sometimes one just needs things in print.
So, I placed an order through Grub Hub for delivery from Potbelly. I ordered 4 sandwiches, only 3 were delivered. WHen I called they said they ran out of roast beef so they didn't make it. Really? They could have called, I would have changed the sandwich. What a joke! They said that I had to call grub hub for a refund. So much for customer service.......
