Loonytoon show at this place, kitchen arguing with Manger, employees don't know how to key in order, employees asking Manger for help, manager telling employees they don't have a combo that I have been ordering for last 8 years and can order from the location online. Place is live comedy show if have time to watch.

Last time I ever come to this Popeyes. I prefer to drive 5 more minutes and go to the one in crofton. Their chicken is fresh and good. Unlike this Bowie Popeyes, the chicken was dry and had no flavor. The Employees were very disrespectful and slow. They don’t have chicken ready and supposedly the chicken is fresh but it’s not. It’s very gross.

Frequented this place for years, loved coming here to eat. Upon most recent visit, was waiting for our food for a while. No rush, patiently waited but noticed other customers were getting their food quickly and in and out of the restaurant. My mom proceeds to ask about our order to only be told rudely that we didn’t have any. So we wait even longer not being attended to. When asking about our order, cashier then says “well what do you want? An Apple pie?” “A cookie”. Once again, frequented this place many years. Can’t believe how disrespected we were.

This place always takes awhile for my online orders and has gotten them wrong a couple times even. Though, sometimes, when they realize I have been waiting awhile, a couple extra tenders show up. The food is always fine and the employees are friendly.

What’s going on with these fast food places I ordered chicken and red beans and rice very disappointing the chicken was undercooked a little blood in the inside. My red beans and rice was bland and hard . I threw it away. I’ll just cook my own food . Waste of money and my time

I wanna give this a 0 star rating, but the lowest is 1 star. I always order from here because I work pretty close. The staff here is unfriendly and have bad attitude. I don't recommend buying from this Popeyes because they keep messing up my orders. The staff here talks too much, and works less.

Y'all need to fire those people working their. The 2 black manager always getting my order wrong. They are not professional dealing with customer. They are very rude and bad customer service! Always making mistakes and busy talking to each other. Bad for the business.

We came in during a slow time, so no complaints about the wait time. However, the guy who took our order had an attitude for no reason and the guy bagging our order up was extra confrontational about us leaving a 5 star review in exchange for a free apple pie or drink. We told him we weren't interested and he kept on insisting we do it. His behavior was inappropriate and irritating. As for the order, the chicken could stand to be fried a little longer, and we ordered beans and rice; ended up with beans with no rice. We'll stay with the Popeyes in our neighborhood.

The wait time is ridiculous, i understand that everywhere is short staffed however this is just lack of efficiency and poor customer service. There have been many time where knowing the the wait is long i show up 10-20 min later then my pick up time from a mobile order knowing the wait is always without fail longer then it says. But after ordering this evening and selecting the “pick up now” option i showed up 20 minutes after placing the order. Within 5 minutes of being there i was asked my name so they could start working on my order (which didn’t even contain 2 full meals). So tell me why i had to wait in Popeyes for another 25 minutes. So “pick up now” really means it wont be ready for almost an hour. Today was the longest wait that i have had in a while but after a lot of time being able to observe well waiting for my meals i have a few other complaints.The kitchen staff seem to not be able to keep their masks on. My fiancé is high risk and being a customer service employee myself during the pandemic i can say its not that hard to work in a mask. Especially in the food industry how is this not being more enforced?The employees in the front taking and preparing orders have the worst team work i have seen, and the employee training the new team members seems to be passive aggressive and rude to the new hires iv witnessed this on multiple occasions. I also witnessed a verbal fight between 2 employees well they were preparing orders, curse words and minor threats were said.All in all the food is good but wow the most unpleasant unpredictable experience receiving my order every time. I am sick of showing up later then my pick up time to give them wiggle room only to get stuck waiting in store for another 10-25 minutes.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Ordered a kids meal and two spicy sandwiches. Took a long time to get one of our sandwiches, and one was so overdone as to be inedible though the other was perfect. Sides and kids meal were all great.Service is often very slow but the food is almost always perfect and the staff is always pleasant and courteous.
