I frequently order Papa Johns pizza because my family and I like the quality of it. However, today July 3, 2022, I received a strange looking cheese pizza and a used cup of garlic sauce inside the pizza box. I called the store and spoke to the general manager, Jay, about my concerns. I stated what was wrong and said we don't know if this food is harmful or poisonous and he went very belligerent calling me rude for pointing out that I do not feel the food is safe for my family to eat, which I had every right given the condition of the pizza. As a long standing customer who helps keep Papa Johns in business, I don't appreciate the response I received. It was very unprofessional and rude. I hope to get my refund as he stated but I also had to make corporate aware of the treatment the general provided to a valid complaint. People want to trust what they are consuming.
Regret. I went against my better judgment and decided to buy anyways. Resulted in me getting to enjoy grease-soaked, undercooked, doughy, limp pizza and diarrhea.Of course I ate some as had already paid for it, but ended up throwing away the remaining half.*I added a star as the past few times bought here were decent.
Great pizza but the lady over the phone barely speak English and was rude.

I ordered a meal online when my meal was delivered the person left my food on the ground outside and did not knock on the door or call or text. I got no notification that my food was delivered and I found it on the ground outside at night. The person left my gate open; which it was closed when they arrived so they should have closed it upon departure. Also, the food is burned and hard to chew. The Papadias have barely any meat or content in it. I've had papadias before from different Papa John's locations and usually they have a good amount of ingredients inside
Easy online ordering process, pizza was fresh, hot , and made to order. Several notifications about the order status and when pizza was ready for pick up. Staff was friendly and quickly got me in and out.
I understand things happen. But I placed my order with a telemessanger and I told her I’d be paying in cash. She said that was fine and it would take atleast 20-30 min for my food to arrive. They then called but i wasnt around my phone to receive the call. I didnt even know this until 10:46, 14 minutes before they are scheduled to close wondering where my food was. Tbh im not even mad and I usually never write reviews about anywhere. But in this case im just sad and disappointed . Im hungry and so are my brothers now we dont have food to eat…..just sad.
Don’t order from here , they delivered me two wrong orders of stuff I don’t eat. Been over a week and still have not been refunded for an order I NEVER RECEIVED $42 for a large pizza and wings I did not eat smh
I placed an order online and noticed that my order was canceled without my knowledge. I called the store to see what the problem is and was told Door dash was busy and hand no drivers to deliver my order. This is highly unprofessional and would never think that I waited for over an hour to have the app update to a cancel order.
I placed an order online and it went through, then a few minutes later I see that the order was cancelled by the store but didn't give a reason. I tried calling into the store and at first they just placed me on hold without saying anything and after waiting 10 minutes I called back and no one would pick up. I ended up putting in a formal complaint to headquarters.
