Poor service they wouldn’t accept my cash because it was a large bill.
This is by far the worst Papa John's in 3 counties. An hour and a half for a cold pizza with toppings all over the place. This was the second time we ordered from this place and the last. If anyone ask about this place ,I'm giving them the truth. It's horrible. Period.
This location is ridiculous across the board. This is my second issue with the location. Placed an order on Sunday 2/20 and the delivery driver left the order outside on the ground in the dark and did not ring the doorbell. We never knew the pizza was delivered. Stupid thing is there is a table outside of the front door. This the worse service. Not only having a racial issue last year inside the store and the general manager did nothing. Not ordering here again and calling corporate.
Usually I don’t have anything bad to say but here goes. I ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza and wings 2 nights ago. I get my order and it’s the wrong pizza. The label is correct, but the wrong pizza was in the box. I also ordered wings which arrived cold. I called the store and after 40 minutes of being on hold, my husband called the main line. We spoke to someone who then tried to call the store and after 10 minutes came back on the line to say they were putting in a note about my order. So far I have not heard anything about my order being wrong not offered a credit or a refund. I’m very disappointed, I hate leaving bad reviews.
I had the New York style delivered... Delivery was fast... Large flavorful slices of a thin soft crust were a hearty filling welcome... While preparing Christmas dinner for the next day...

50 min wait times . No bueno.
Pizza arrived fresh and in a reasonable time. Please be sure to tip your delivery drivers! They work hard to bring us the food we need.
